Full time mechanic here - Thing thing rocks.For how cheap it is, I can buy 7, yes, 7 for the LESS than the price of the Snap-On kit! Their cheaper brand Blue Point sells a similar kit for the price of 5-6 of these!And you know what? I bought this while warranting my Snap-On vacuum gauge kit, I ended up trading in the Snap-On. Why? This is just better. It's clearly made super well, the switchover collet for the pressure/vacuum operation is super smooth. It pulls really, really strong vacuum, and it can make over 40PSI of pressure! You can test high pressure components in turbo/supercharged vehicles! Say you have an EVAP purge valve you have to test, on a turbo vehicle, they have to resist intake pressure. Most gauges can't pressurize, this one can and it does it very well.I also used it to bleed brakes and it really, really pulls fluid through fast. I was very impressed by how well it worked.Sure, the accessories and hose are cheap, but those are all cheap in any kit you buy.Overall this is WELL worth the money, I don't care if it has no branding on it, it's a good tool and for the price I'll just keep a spare around, and it doesn't add to the tool truck debt.

Needs clearer instructions. Says to attach 12" tubing, but there is no 12" tubing, just 6". Figured it out, and it works well. Also doesn't mention about the seal in the top of the container. Seal was stuck in the instruction book.

This is a great tool for home. It works great and should last for a long time with home use . The build quality is good.

I ordered pump to check my car vacuum tubing for leaks. Very strong vacuum pump.

Tried using it exactly as it's intended "Brake Bleeder". None of the fittings fit so couldn't hold any suction. Tried using my own adapter, which worked great only to find out the gun itself would not hold suction. Tried tightening all fittings, nothing worked. Ultimately returned as it was completely useless to me.

The plastic molded cover needed trimming to fit the container. Although the gauge showed 30 lbs of vacuum, I was unable to get the brake fluid to flow from the cylinder. I had to resort to the time tested 2 person method with someone pumping the brake while I drained the line at the cylinder. Also, you need to trim the hose inside the container... it was too long which stopped the vacuum from working.

Worked great pulling the brake fluid out when compressing the caliper. The only problem you have to pump extra pumps during the process. Great price and worked satisfactorily.
