A good slow juicer but difficult to clean harder products such as celery. Easy to assemble

I’ve been juicing for 9 years and had a horizontal juicer while living in the USA. It was huge and heavy, noisy and hard to clean but produced amazing smooth juice. Back in the uk now I needed a new one. Biochef was recommended as one of the best so I bought the synergy.Pros - lightweight, takes up less worktop space, quiet as a mouse, so easy to use - don’t even need to push fruits or veggies into the machine it just goes! Pulp much drier and therefore more juice extracted. Easy to clean. Can keep juice live for 48hrs. Love all this.Cons: too much pulp ends up in the juice even when using the fine mesh screen. Has to be sieved unless you like bits floating in your juice. Not so bad with most fruits and veggies but with green leaves it was terrible. So much pulp in the juice I had to sieve it three times. That’s a disappointment. It’s a little difficult putting it all back together again until you’ve mastered it! So really the pulp is the only issue. Once strained and I have clear smooth juice, which is what I want from a juicer, it’s absolutely delicious.I’m keeping this juicer as I love so many things about it. It’s quick and super quiet and juicing is so easy with it. Clean up is fast and easy. I don’t mind sieving the juice, although I’d rather not. Maybe biochef need an even finer mesh to prevent the pulp from getting into the juice. Overall I give 4 stars. It would have given 5+ other than the pulp issue. I have written to biochef to ask their thoughts on this but as yet haven’t received a reply.

This juicer deserves no stars. But you’re not aloud to give no stars so it got a one but it doesn’t even deserve that. Unless you like really really pulpy juice (almost to the pint of purée) you will not like this juicer. I have to give the juice an additional 2 strains to get most of the pulp out and it is still a little thinker than I would like then. You are wasting a lot of money on pulp as the actual juice yield is very poor. Wish I had not bought it. Rubbish unless you want a purée making and then i would suggest buying a blender.

Very good other than sometimes we get a blockage and that then takes time to clean and restart the process. Typically if you add ginger it will get stuck.

Super machine. Very easy to use and wash. Have juiced for my own homemade lemonade, orange juice and green juice with ginger. No issues.

I'm happy with that juicer. Isn't loud, easy assembling and cleaning. I juice all veg and fruit, including leafy veg. The only thing is that it produces "juice with bits". If you like clear juice you would have to strain it. It's very good for making almond milk
