Parsley thrives here so you can expect the highest quality root, grown in ideal conditions. We make and package the Root Chews in a certified kitchen in Carrboro, NC. These are little chips of dried parsley root. They are tough at first but are chewable & edible, and soften if left in the mouth for a few minutes. Thanks for your interest!
