When in doubt, go with Arctic
Whenever I'm looking for a case/radiator fan, Arctic comes up as the best option. They are signifficantly cheaper than their competition (often half the price) and offer exceptional performance and noise level. It's my fifth time buying a cooling solution from Arctic and I have absolutely no regrets.I got this one to replace a stock NZXT 140mm fan on H1 water cooler, which preforms well, but is exceptionally loud. P14 allowed my PC to stay at the same thermal level, while being whisper quiet. Absolute top tier price to performance rating.

For the money and performance it's UNBEATABLE
Daisy chain connection up to 5 fans from a single fan connector it's super duper helpful for a neat appereance and best in class cable management. No rgb non-sense with these fan, but has the PWM which when it's set right, you can get a really good cooling vs noise ratio which can rival Fractal Design, Noise Blocker or BeQuiet fans.Up to 50% it's nearly dead silent, around 60-65% it's audible and beyond that it's becoming noisy, but it's well worth it as you can get really good cooling and noise for nearly half the price or more compared to anything else on the market right now. So a really good choice as long as you do some custom fan curve settings, otherwise out of the box it's noisy, but still in the same league with the big boys. It does reminds me of the Noctua NF-A14 Fans when I comes to the noise.Really this is a no brainer choice, go get it as soon as you can find it. I got the 5 Fan pack for 32£ really good deal, extremely happy with them.

Good cheap case fans.
Got a pair of these to improve my PC's cooling right before a heatwave as it had been overheating and shutting down. They installed decently easily and were more effective than I expected for the price. They are a bit on the loud side when they get up to speed but I personally don't mind.

Ok I've always been biased
I have always liked Arctic fans and they have been my go to brand as I can't find many with better performance and none of those even close to the value Arctic supply. So when I wanted to add 2 silent fans to a new build, back I came to Arctic. They are basic black with no LEDs or extras, so if you want to pimp out your case this won't be for you.For me I wanted trusted brand, decent price and low volume. While reliability I can't judge yet, I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt to Arctic as others from them that I have put in cases over the last 10+ years are still doing the job today, so trusted brand this is. Price, as usual, was good. As to volume, I'm happy as I have to get my ear within 25cm with no other noise to start hearing them under normal usage. And still with decent air flow.So as it stands, once again Arctic tick all the boxes for me and I'm once again a happy customer. I just wish everything I purchased matched Arctic for high quality at a decent price point.

Bought as an auxilary fan for a sever rack, works great
I bought this as a auxilary fan to use on my network rack which can get a bit toasty in the summer, I used it with a DC to PWM adapter so it is running at full power 24/7.Overall after a couple of months usage I'm fairly impressed, it moves a decent amount of air and whilst noise wasn't the main goal it is very quite considering the air-flow generated by it.I could easily see this is being a decent budget fan option for inside the PC however it also works great for server racks etc.

Noisy
Does the job in terms of keeping things cool but there is a loud humming noise on multiple rpms and noticeably when it changes rpms. would be fine for an underdesk pc but mine is on the desk next to me and the noise was annoying enough to replace them with some Noctuas which have been much better
