If you’re looking at this product, that’s exactly what you’ll get. There’s no BS in this marketing. The pillow is nice and flat but firm enough to support you, and it stays very cool throughout the night. No complaints here! I’ve been sleeping on it every night for about 7 months now. No neck or back pains, very comfortable.

Love my pillow
Exactly what I needed after all these years as a stomach-sleeper! Perfect size, comfortable, soft, doesn't get warm, and the cover is really nice. Sure glad I chose this one and saved my pocketbook a few bucks with this option. I only noticed a very slight smell the day I opened it, but it was gone by bedtime.

So far so good
I've had this pillow for a month or two now and I really enjoy it so far, I do however wish it would compress a little more. Even for how short it is I would like it a little thinner, that's just my personal preference but for the price this is the best thin pillow I've found.

Good pillow, LOUSY pillowcase
The pillow is exactly as described - a nice thin pillow, made of gel memory foam, intended for front or back sleepers. It's nicely cooling, soft, and just the right thickness for front sleeping.Unfortunately, and why I give it 3 starts instead of 5, is the pillowcase it comes with. The case is actually really well-designed, so it's a shame that you can't really use it if you need a cooling pillow. Someone in the design process decided to make it out of a material that is warming instead of cooling, which defeats the purpose of having a gel memory foam pillow instead of a regular (cheaper) memory foam pillow in the first place.I'm probably going to end up having to sew my own pillowcase for it, because NOBODY makes a 26"x17"x2.6" pillowcase made of cooling materials. =(
