My First Cupcake Decorating Book: Learn simple decorating skills with these 35 cute & easy recipes: cupcakes, cake pops, cookies

My granddaughter loves this, it was a great gift to help with her decorating. Goes well with her decorating kit.

Our 8 year old daughter loves cake decorating and this is a perfect start up book. She has made several fun, easy and creative cupcakes.

Ok, so I've had this book for about 8 months, and finally got around to making one of the recipes. The pictures and ideas are all REALLY cute. My 8 yr. old step-daughter takes the book down and goes through it regularly. Part of the reason it took me so long to make the project we were eyeing is because some of the ingredients needed to be purchased at a craft store and not at the grocery store. The craft store didn't have everything we needed so I had to improvise a little. We made the owl brownies (picture posted above). They turned out to be really easy, even though it looked a little complicated from the picture. It ended up being fun for both of us, and makes me want to try more. Also - the frosting recipe was really good. One of the best chocolate frostings I've had.

My daughter is super excited with baking cupcakes. I got this for her 10th birthday (along with a cupcake baking set ) This book is written well with lil girls in mind and the recipes don't seem too difficult. I love the pictures as well.

Granddaughter was thrilled with this gift. She will need hands on supervision.Section on cake pops looked like the most fun.

We got this as a Christmas present for our two girls (ages 7 and 9) who have been obsessed with cake pops. The instructions are clear and simple and there is at least one picture per page. They have no trouble reading it or following the instructions.

I think my granddaughter is going to love this book. I can see her spending a long time looking through this book and baking. Looking forward to seeing what she is going to make.

I bought this as a present for my granddaughter's 11th birthday. She has a keen interest in cooking and especially baking and it didn't take her long to produce some delicious cupcakes from recipes in this book! Great for beginners but adults can learn lots of decorating tips too.

This is a pretty good book but a little advanced for beginner 6 year old.Her Mom can help.
