Can it read a 64 mb smartmedia card from a fujifilm mx-2700 digital camera?

I can't see why you can't. Tne card reader can read 64 mb multi media cards. It doesn't matter what device the card has obtained the data from. Of course you need to remove the card from your camera and put it into the reader. I have found that it is probably better to connect the reader to your computer with the USB cable before inserting the card inot the reader. You should insert the card gently with the contacts facing the right direction and wait a moment for the computer to sense the card.

Not sure. Have used only one SD format at any time. Cannot confirm simultaneous copies.

Does it have 2 micro sd card slots? and can you use both simultaneously?

It does have more than one slot it will however show up as one drive on your pc therefore will only read one card at a time
