Very nice very sleek very fast everything I want it and a small laptop. I got tired of walking to my office in My Home to use my computer having this laptop is so convenient while I’m doing things around the house. It’s very nice very very nice highly recommend it! Well returning I’m sorry but this is the most difficult to use not user friendly I’m a senior meaning that I’m an old lady, I can’t do this… it won’t do what I need or I’m just doing it wrong sorry it’s going back however if you are tech savvy then it’ll be a good but

1st of all, mine arrived not working. It is stuck on Automatic Repairs Started and has never booted up. I've been trying to contact the company for 2 days now with no success. But, Amazon will make it good, so I'm not worried about it - just aggravated. That's the reason for 1 star.Update: did not hear back from the vendor! Returned the laptop and bought one locally at Walmart. Same computer, just without the larger SSD/memory I ordered with this one. But... it booted right up! 1 star stands...Secondly, many of the reviews are complaining because they didn't get the memory or SSD capacity they ordered because of what the box says. This retailer adds the memory/SSD you order. It doesn't matter what the box says. Check your actual system. Either in Windows Settings, or press F10 when booting up to get to the BIOS screen to see what your system contains.Other complaints say you can only install apps from the App Store or the browser. That's because Windows 11 is pre-installed in S Mode (secure). It's easy enough to switch out of S Mode (google is your friend) but it's a one way trip. Once you switch out, you can't go back.It doesn't have a CD drive and doesn't say it does, it's not a gaming PC and doesn't say it is. Read before you buy!It does come with Windows 11. If you don't have it, you should be talking to the vendor....

I use this laptop every day for working on the go. I switch to this brand because my son that is graduating from the University told me that this brand lasted him 4 years. And a new Lenovo lasted me 3 weeks and the hinge broke

I have been using personal computers since 1986. This is the first one I have used where I do not feel in control. Windows 11 is a monstrous control freak. It has become the controller and I its slave. As I write this on my old desktop the Pavilion sits unused in the closet.

If you only want to work within Microsoft then this is fine. I needed something that would accept Google suite for online teaching. I returned this item when even the guy from the 24/7 protection plan I paid separately couldn’t unlock it. He suggested I call the HP customer service. I did. I Never even got to talk to a human at HP. Returned the computer to Amazon the next day. Bought a Dell locally and it is everything I wanted in a computer.
