It works so much better than our previous handle.
This is a great door set that we mounted on our garage door. It is sturdy, good quality, and a good value. It works much more smoothly and fits better than out previous door handle and lock.

Love IT!
Installation was very simple. I ran into a little bump on the road because my previous handle was longer than where the bolts to this one would go. I had to make another hole for proper installation. Instructions are fairly simple and the quality is amazing. I have had no issues and my door looks great. Pricing was not bad. Just make sure measurements are correct and don’t do what I did

I WOULD HAPPILY PAY *DOUBLE* THE PRICE FOR THIS "GOLDENWARM" SET!
The brushed gold finish is beautiful and classy, and the handles themselves feel really solid, and both the interior and exterior mechanisms function perfectly.I really cannot believe that Goldenwarm produce this high of quality of product for *this* price?! Obviously I cannot tell yet how well the exterior part will weather over time, but if it were to deteriorate in a couple of years, say, then at this price I would simply replace it with the *identical* one! :-)I have just now ordered replacements for ALL of my handles and locks *throughout* the house, with brushed gold equivalents from Goldenwarm.CHEERS!

Nice lock/handle set
Worked great as a replacement for our existing handle/lock that had been roughed up. Install was easy.

Solid and secure my doors are now....
Whilst the product is definitely manufactured with quality material and looks great, the one we received apparently had been purchased before and returned, as there was a deep scratch on one handle and a open bag of the screws with one missing. Has nothing to do with the quality of the material or packaging, still a five star product and I would recommend it 100%. Purchased one and it looks awesome after I installed it, so I bought two more for all my doors.....

Lever has stopped working after 2 weeks
We have only been in our house for around 3 weeks and the lever to get inside has stopped working. We cannot open our front door. Contacted this company to get a replacement.
