What are all the sizes of label that work with the P50 model?

I see it requires labels of various shapes, but what kind of labels did the printer come with?

A roll of white rectangular labels measuring 40mmx30mm (1.57''x1.18'')

What is the reason why the printed labels are not centered?

a. The label paper is loose due to the label paper not being clamped when placed. Note that the thermal sensor is on the right side of the machine, so the label paper needs to be placed to the right. b. The label paper was not double-clicked for calibration before printing ！！！Special Note: When calibrating, just double-click the power button to calibrate 1-2 sheets of label paper to start printing your own labels. It is a normal phenomenon that the label paper is not centered during calibration, and it will not affect the centering of subsequent labels. c. The label paper size is not selected correctly (the label paper size that comes with the machine is 40*30mm).

Where do I get the labels from the template?

You can select the template on the app Home page and choose the corresponding label paper template. The template of the label paper that comes with the machine is white 40*30mm, if the sticker is purchased separately, you can choose Scan in the upper right corner and scan the QR code of the label paper box to get it.
