Good to use but was slightly unsturdy
When I opened to use it was like the handle was not glued on properly as it came off, I did shove it back in and it was fine after. Really good when un-tangling nots in the carpet, works great with my thick pile carpet in living room.After discussing the problem with the sellers they have communicated and been very accommodating to me! Would recommend them again!

Rubbish. The metal bent and handle fell off after first use

Rakes the carpet well without damaging it.
Works well on carpets and rugs. Handle came off quite quickly. Joint not up to average use. Had to diy repair. Seller has already paid full refund.
