Great product, Superb Customer Service
I ordered my Wolfbox G930 a few weeks ago, and a few days later went to install it. As recommended in the user guide, I tested the device before doing the "actual" install in my vehicle (a golf cart). While the cameras, gps and mirror worked immediately, I could not get any of the Menu functions to work. It was completely unresponsive to my finger presses on the touch screen.I contacted Wolfbox Custeromer Service directly from their website, describing the problem. I received a quick email response from Bonnie (Customer Service Rep) giving me a few steps to try. Unfortunately, those steps did not work, but without any hesitation or complaint, Bonnie immediately asked for my address so that she could get the factory to send me a new unit. After a few days the new unit arrived and I tested that immediately and nervously. Very happy to say this one worked flawlessly and I was able to get into the menu. I went through all settings options to view and/or change them, and then installed it in my Golf Cart which has very limited view in the original rear view mirror. The install was easy, essentially just routing the wires around the inside to where they needed to be. The images from both front and rear cameras are awesome, really clear and nice wide angles.I chose the Wolfbox G930 based on reviews both here on Amazon as well as other sources. For a moment I thought I had made a big mistake and was on the verge of returning it and searching for another brand. Fortunately, Ms. Bonnie saved the day with her combination of helpfulness, respectful, polite and positive attitude, and prompt actions. She just sent me a return shipping label so that the original device can go back to help them figure out what the problem wad. THANK YOU BONNIE.I have another golf cart, and a car, and will almost certainly be putting a G930 into those. The G930 has a great combination of price/value, function and, despite the original problem, quality. It records from both cameras simultaneously, has great image quality, has included GPS in case of accidents, and is pretty simple to install (but test before installing).Highly recommended!

Great features, but rear camera is almost useless at night - frustrating (Updated)
At first, I was really excited about the WOLFBOX G930 10'' Rear View Mirror Camera. The setup was quick and easy, and I loved the software that lets you access different views. The option to turn off the screen and use it as a regular mirror is a nice touch, and the 4K front dash cam provides excellent clarity. The touch screen is responsive, and the overall interface is intuitive. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when I used the rear camera at night. The rear view camera is nearly impossible to use when headlights from other cars are behind me. It’s like staring into a giant glare or "star," and the visibility is absolutely terrible. The camera works fine during the day, but at night, it’s essentially useless. This is a huge disappointment because one of the main reasons I bought this camera was for the safety and convenience of using it while backing up at night.I really wanted to give this product a high rating because the front cam and features like the screen-off function are solid, but the rear camera’s night performance is such a big flaw that it seriously drags down the experience. If you’re looking for a reliable rear camera that works well at night, this one is not it. It’s a real shame because everything else is great, but the rear camera is a deal breaker for me.---Update (January 2025):After expressing my dissatisfaction with the rear view camera's performance, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and kindly the customer support team responded. They reached out to me directly, offering a replacement, which I really appreciate. The fast and friendly communication was definitely a highlight in resolving the issue. I plan to install the replacement camera when I have more time, and I’ll update again with my experience once I’ve had a chance to test it out. It’s great to see a company take customer feedback seriously and work to resolve issues efficiently.

Works pretty well for the cost but could be better
Pros:* Display resolution is pretty good.* Quality seems good.* Cool how it can constantly show the display while driving* Can be setup to switch to a full 4:3 size or the wide angle (which is just a part of the overall picture size which won't allow you to see the bump of the car behind you unless you slide the screen down) automatically when you switch to the reverse.* GPS antenna allows speed and direction to be shown.* Records front and back cameras at the same time.* Mounts to the mirror quickly and easilyCons:* Screen could be brighter but not terrible..* Rear camera could have a wider field of view (up and down and left and right as you can't see the bumper in the picture and also cars in the distance.* The backup lines are just garbage and can't be adjust properly.* They put a freaking right angle 2.5mm jack on the backup camera cable. Why! you have to pull this from the back hatch to the front of the car. It gets caught on everything! Put a straight one one.* Cable wasn't long enough for the camera and had to buy a 2.5mm 3ft extension* Camera sometimes does not automatically come one. Not sure why.Overall, it is not bad for the price I paid and I do recommend.
