I work in the HVAC field and am in noisy areas all the time, this earpiece takes it all in stride and filters out the background noise with ease. The battery life is excellent, I can use it all day without worrying about it going dead. I have the accessory charging case which makes it last even longer when overtime is necessary. I tried lots of earpieces before finding this one, I’ll never go back.

I have used so many different ear pieces for my phone. None of them have been as good as Plantronics. I have used their products for over 10 years now. The earpiece has a travel case, which is chargeable. That is nice if I don’t have a charging cord with me. It also keeps the earpiece safe. I can track the earpiece with my phone if I misplace it. It has different size ear inserts so it fits perfectly. I have gifted my sister and a friend this product and they don’t leave home without it. It is also private. Cell phones are loud and most people can normally hear the conversations. With this earpiece that will never happen. Love this product!

Good noise reduction for ambient noise outside of the vocal frequency range.Moderate battery life with 3-6 hours of listening/talk time per charge, never 7 as advertised.Doesn't like small areas with significant echo like closets with tile floors, bathrooms, small stairwells. Echo auto-cancels the voice so it is muted and other party cannot hear you speak.Occasional remote delay echo when used with iPhones can be distracting.Needs to be rebooted sometimes to regain call quality.Needs updating, but has not been improved in many years so it is still a decent option, but not the standout it used to be.

Using this for business is a little risky. Ive had issues on nearly 1/3 of calls with clients using this device using an iphone. The device will disconnect audio from the bluetooth and sometimes ends the call. Also, the charging cable is a micro usb. I think the hardware, firmware, and performance is out of date and expired.

I started ordering these for our employees to use with Ring Central computer soft phone app. They work fantastic.

I like the voice quality at both ends, noise cancellation was very good. The only draw back is its connectivity. It does not cover even 20 meters in office space. My office is made of wood and no concrete was used but still J did not get its full connectivity. More over its battery is only for 6 hours its easy to use though its head is bulky and thise who use glasses its little znnoying.Very nice and superb quLjty

I purchased for my business where we make high volume phone calls on our desk phone cellPhone and pc through out the day. I have used other expensive head sets but I would get complains about comfort, loose connections and still having my team use their AirPods for cellphone and pc calls. I needed something that can connect to all 3 devices, is wireless and has a smaller footprint. This is it! After using for a couple days the only negative feedback I received is that some times the voice control Does not respond accurately. For example you it will announce an incoming call and with voice control you can say ignore or answer the call. There have been times that we have said ignored and the call still gets answered. Might be a user issue but it’s happened a few times to different people. But that’s it! compared to other head sets the size and comfort it far better. Overall I love this product and for the features and price I will be buying 10 more

It's so light, convenient to carry and enough power to last my entire shift. I bought this for my job as PS UC Engineer for a Cloud Based Telecommunications provider. Battery is only good for 4 hours, but you can charge on the case in between calls.
