we got this for our office when we realize that the cut out in the plexi last was not necessarily the best for listening or talking. We would have frustrated customers because they could not hear us and we could not hear them. This has completely changed the game for us while still looking High-quality and professional.

This was a great purchase, I was looking for something to talk to customers in between a thick pane of glass at work. The install was easy, and it really has a clear and crisp amplification that is easy to understand people even over a large crowd. The controls are easy to understand and operate, with a wide range of volume that is able to be controlled independently whether it's what is going out or coming in from the speaker itself.

Very delicate to install, cable protection is very important which is the big flaw here.Conversely, I attempted to provide a second opportunity as I was fond of the design; I would prefer it if you could make it wireless.
