You get what you pay for. Quality item definitely worth the price.
I had my eye on this bag for a long while. Once I decided to pull the trigger on my camera purchase (Lumix G7), I decided to get a bag to go with it.Being the bargain hunter I am, at the last second I saw an Amazon recommendation for half the price. I went that route, and returned it the next day. You truly do get what you pay for here.I purchased this instead, following my original thought. Glad to say this is everything I need. Quality material, PLENTY of storage space for odds and ends like cables and memory cards, and enough space to fit my laptop I use to edit pics (15" Dell). It may seem a bit pricey up front, but so far it's a perfect fit for my needs. Plus, the camera storage compartments are great and customizable for your gear. I'll see how it holds up out and about in life once the pandemic is settled down, and if there's a huge difference I'll submit a separate review. As of now, I really enjoy this bag and feel like you won't be disappointed.UPDATE: took a trip to Washington D.C., and got to put some miles on this thing. It was flawless for the trip, and so comfortable I barely noticed carrying it around. Later in the year I'll probably be doing more intense hiking with it, but for trekking a couple miles per day in D.C. this was a winner. I see a lot of reviews knocking the durability/quality, but in my light use so far I've had zero issues. Even if just to start or a secondary bag, I really do recommend this one.UPDATE 2: This has now been in three different countries with me, and maybe 8 U.S. states. Can confirm it's very much worth it. This comes with me any time I'm on an airplane.

Good bag for the price.
I have only used the bag a couple of times so far, but it is nice and roomy while still being organized. All of my usual gear fits nicely into the bag and doesn't move around much and my tripod is secured while still in it's bag. I recommend it if you normally carry a lot of lenses and other gear.Edit 9/4/2019:Took this bag on a trip to Florida and used it everyday going and doing different things. The bag was comfortable and had decent airflow to my back, it held up well until I was boarding my plane home, when the top handle ripped away from the bag. I did have it over stuffed, so it is my fault the bag failed in the way it did. Otherwise this bag did well going on hikes and other long days in the Florida heat for hours on end, being used and abused the whole time. I'm going to get a new one to replace it and not over fill it this time. lol

This backpack is amazing.
I went from having a cheap camera case with no room for anything to having this backpack with more room than I know what to do with. It's incredible comfortable and the customizable interior is amazing. I've taken it everywhere with me and it's holding up quite well thus far.The tripod holder is extremely accessible and my tripod in its own case fits securely. The only complaint I had was the length of the adjustable shoulder and waist straps. I'm a smaller woman and it left a lot of slack. I had to fold the straps over a couple times and tuck it into the elastic bands that hold the strap excess. It works decently but the band's are kinda flimsy. I've fixed this issue with Velcro straps I had previously bought on amazon. I may even trim down the straps later as well. All in all this is a purchase that I'm super happy with. It's made carrying around my photography supplies and keeping them safe much easier. The compartments are all padded and secure so nothing bounces around even when I'm going down very rough primitive roads. I have yet to use the waterproof cover but it has been raining so I'm looking forward to using it.

Great quality for a reasonable price!!!
This backpack was actually more than I expected. There is a TON of room and little useful pockets all over it. I was worried that if I went on a long hike searching for the perfect shot that wouldn't have enough room for anything but my camera gear. Since I don't carry a ton of extras, there's plenty of room for some snacks and essentials inside. It even has a rain cover inside to keep yuppie gear dry in any unexpected cloudbursts!!! The one minor gripe that have is that most normal sized water bottles won't fit in the side pouch. Since it's technically for storing a tripod and not a water bottle, I can't be too upset. Just thought that with a few tweeks it could handle both fairly easily. Not a deal breaker, though. This pack seems to be well constructed and comfortable. I took it out on a quick 2-3 mile outing and experienced no pain or discomfort from wearing it. Hopefully it works as well on longer jaunts. All in all, this is a pretty great backpack for the price. So far, I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to any other outdoor photography enthusiasts.

Incredible Camera Backpack At This Price!
I am thrilled to write an enthusiastic review of this camera backpack. I gave it 5 stars not because it's the absolute best camera backpack on the market but because it has to be among the very best backpacks available at this price and probably the best at anywhere near this price. In fact, if I had paid twice the asking price for it I would still have been thrilled. It is well built, has lots of features including a side entry, large laptop pocket, a tripod holder and a waterproof bottom. My camera is a Sony A6000. I put the camera, three lenses in this backpack (one on camera) along with all the extra batteries, multiple chargers, filters, a smaller pair of binoculars, a flash and lots of small accessories in this backpack without any problem. I planned to use the top compartment as well for my camera accessories but as it turned out I had enough room in the backpack that I used the top for water, snacks, cellphone and charger plus lots of small odds and ends.I just used this backpack on a two week trip to Scotland and it worked great. While I don't plan to use this backpack that often in the future I think it's built well enough to last quite awhile. So, with all of that, I am very happy with this backpack.
