Good customer service
Called technical support for a user error I wasn’t able to figure out and they were prompt and helpful, the remote ended up no longer working and they sent another one at no charge.

Works great!
The only time it struggles to keep room at temp is when the outside temperature is 10 or 15 below. I was not expecting it to work fine when it’s only 5 outside but it does. Also great customer service, I had an issue with the 1st unit received, they promptly sent a replacement.

Wonderful company to deal with
This is my second set of mini-splits in a barndominium I've lived in since 2010. Although I'd never heard of the brand, I read positive reviews and purchased a dual unit this spring and had a local HVAC company install them. They've worked great for a few months until an E4 error occured which indicated low pressure. The installer came back and found a loose fitting he missed. The best thing about these are the people at Della. I can't tell you how responsive and dedicated they are to customer service which is unfortunatley rare these days. They respond quickly and offer suggestions for troubleshooting. If you're considering these, rest assured, you'll be pleased!

Align is a terrible seller stay away from them
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with my entire life. Align is a joke and clearly broke bc they too poor to refund my money for a deficient product. My company does shut down work we stay gone out of the state for months at the time. I bought an air conditioning unit back in January and it sat at my office until last month and the box unopened. Had the air conditioning unit installed last month had nothing but issues with it had 3 service technicians come out 3 different $250 service calls. I requested a refund from the seller and all they will not refund my money. They said it was past 90 days even after I explained what I do for a living and how much I stay gone it sat at my office inside sealed box until last month when it was installed. Whatever you do do not do business with this company they are unethical dishonest and if you try to get a refund they will not give you your money back even if the product is defective. Here are the pictures of the fault code that my air condition has. 3 certified technicians checked out the unit said everything is exactly the way it should be but it is a manufacturer's issue from the manufacturer yet Align will not refund my money.

Online Instructions are Different from Included Instructions
This is a dual zone mini split. When vacuuming, there is not a master port. And the “A” and “B” lines are isolated from each other, so you can vacuum one line at a time. I found this out because I had two vacuums hooked up, one to each line, and after verifying the vacuum was holding successfully, allowed a small amount of refrigerant into the “B” line and only the gauge on “B” line instantly went to positive pressure… the “A” line was still holding the vacuum. The condenser oem packaging doesn't protect the sides, so when UPS dropped the package out the truck on its side from 3’ high it suffered several dents, but thankfully still ended up working perfectly.
