Easy to use
Makes controlling my DJI Mini 4 Pro so easy I can't believe it. I'm a total beginner and I can do things that I couldn't do with my RC 2 controller. I love it.

Selling Display Unit That is Hard-Bound and Locked Down
I can't speak to how specific or broad of a complaint this is but I was expecting a new item given that is the listing description. The controller I received was permanently labelled as a "display unit". Before fully deciding to go through the hassle of returning it, while trying to bind it to my Drone, it would not connect and it would not do a hard factory reset. It would seem not only was the seller sending out used units not designed for sale but also a unit that is locked down and unable to be bound to a different device. Shady and frustrating...

The remote is excellent, convenient to work, responds quickly
It's very good to use this remote, it's not convenient to work at all with it, it has a right-to-left joystick

I expected more in quality whoops !!
I expected more in quality of this product, but I cannot get it to work. It kind of hooks up a little bit, but doesn’t allow me to use the controller. It will switch to normal to sport mode, but will not take off and fly and the drone camera fluctuates up and down continuously while it’s hooked to this controller, not real happy. I will try it on my Mavic 3 pro And see if I can get it to work on that...... whoops, it’s all my fault. I didn’t get all of the firmware updated on all the bits and pieces. This thing is working fine now I’m submitting this and giving another star.

Very hard to use for beginers.
I bought it only to try DJI Googles v2 with the Mavic 3 Pro mini. Very inconvenient control. The native remote control is much simpler and clearer. But you can't use it with Mavic 3 Pro mini + DJI Googles, DJI what а heck!?
