45 piece motor and controller set.All my stuff worked very well. Pieces fit together and worked with my lego train to make it powered. Controller worked well. The dials were firm and it connected to the receiver on all channels properly. The controller can also control 2 separate motors with the 2 dials, which is neat.All the motors functioned, as did the light add on. The gears, wheels, and the miscellaneous bits all fit nicely and I didn't notice any issues with the casting of them.This is a solid set and I recommend it. My kids played with it for a month and didn't blow it up, so it is also pretty durable.Great value, 5/5

My future engineer loves this set. We've had them almost a year and a half now, almost daily play, and have had zero issues with them not performing as expected. Fully compatible with all of his LEGO sets. It's amazing bang for your buck and a great way to expand the creativity and exploration for your LEGO-loving kid(s).

My little great grandson was so excited to get this kit! His eyes lit up when he opened up his package. It brought out the ingenuity in him.

Fun, wires are not really durable

This is a great set. Everything worked as planned except for the small motor. The motor didn’t work unless you held the connector on. Once you let go it didn’t work. Amazon sent me a new set and the new small motor did the same thing. I realized that where it connects there was a small lip that impeded it from fully connecting. I used a utility knife to scrape that lip off and it worked perfectly. See pic for difference. So Habow, if you read these reviews, get rid of the lip.

Update: after less than 3 months many of the motors no longer work and the battery connections are hit-or-miss for the motors that do work. This is an expensive set that is low quality and simply does not last. Not recommended.Original: Packaged well and contained all the parts. All motors and lights work, and everything fits together. Unfortunately, the connection on the battery box we received isn't secure and so unless you hold the cable down the motors don't get power.

My son asked for this for Christmas. The possibilities are endless. One minute he was making his already built cars mobile, the next we was making moving power tools! Such a neat set!
