Great product. Great customer service.
I bought two of these and was very disappointed because they didn’t work. I was eventually able to get in touch with the seller who was able to show me that there was a mistake in what I had submitted. Seller was very cooperative and was able to resolve the matter to my satisfaction. They really went above and beyond what I expected. The seller gives you the option to preview the product before it’s mailed out. I recommend doing just that and keeping a screen shot of the personalization.

Does not work
The QR didn't work the seller didn't solve my issue and i waist my money in this item and the seller never gave me options. Don't buy this item because if doesn't work the seller don't change it. Disappointed with this product.

Work great!
This item was made and delivered extremely fast. Everyone that comes in the house, loves to be able to connect quickly to the Wi-Fi. No more tracking down my husband and asking him what the password is, yet again. We have a lot of big family events at the house and everyone comments and how cool it is.

Wonderful idea and gift!
This is a great product and it is produced at an even more wonderful small business! I have purchased three of these now. Two for home use and one as a gift. I had a small ordering error with one! All it took was one email with order number and the wheels were in motion to get the correction fixed. If you do need something corrected be patient to receive reply emails! It may take a day or so. I’m sure they are very busy because this is a great item and guessing they may be very busy this time of year! Fantastic product!Recommendation: buy for yourself and gift a few to friends you know need this item!

Very nice but
The media could not be loaded. The sign can in perfect condition and the QR works well. My only problem is the design is not the way I requested it to be. The part that says “scan to connect WiFi” I wanted that to be at the bottom (under the QR code ) in the fancy font. And where the “scan to connect WiFi” is (in the video i uploaded), I wanted blank. From top to bottom I wanted: WELCOME, QR Sign, then “Scan to connect WiFi (in the fancy font”. That’s it but I guess.
