I've bought all kinds of ab exercise products and nothing really much but this is amazing. The first day I did 1 minute and my abs were sore for 3 days. I did 1 minute a day now I am doing 2 minutes. I go up a minute a week. I highly recommend this to any level of experience.

MY OPINION
I bought this thinking it was going to be sturdy bit it's very fragile.Better to spend more but atleast you getting better quality.You definitely need to buy a better knee pad this one is cheap and moves around.

Bad for knees!
I felt this to be very effective to the core and works, however, do not do this exercise if you slightly have past knee issues!! Your knees will get 10 times worse! I even used 5 inch memory foam pillow for my knees and still hurt like hell after about 2 weeks of using this device.
