I am very happy with my Speedo Shine but my only concern is ...
I am very happy with my Speedo Shine but my only concern is the strap - not the best and I would hate to loose it - I have searched the Internet for a replacement strap that would help keep it safe and still able to wear in the pool, but unavailable unless you buy from China - come on misfit get it sorted - it's magnetic - even something magnetic would help - overall happy and fingers crossed I don't loose ' Very accurate at counting lengths I counted 120 the Misfit counted 122. Has a heart rate measure, weight tracker and really impressed it knows exactly when I go to sleep - even recognises when I wake through the night - usually cos I have fell asleep on the sofa and on way to bed. Very easy to use 3 taps and it starts recording your swim and you don't need to sync straight after like other water proof devices. Once you get used how to read the time facility is useful - not had this off my wrist since I got it and hopefully it will be there until it needs a new battery :-) One happy user!!

Good for the money
Good for the money but I hoped it would sync with the speedo app and it doesn't seem to. It counts laps but doesnt tell you how many you have done until you sync so you still have to count if you are planning to do a certain number. I would also like it if the time was permanently lit up rather than having to tap but I guess it would drain too much battery.

Value for money
As I prefer swimming I wanted a waterproof fitness tracker and this one was one of the affordable ones. So far I really like it. The strap looks a bit flimsy, but seems ok so far. And most people think I'm just wearing a watch. The tracker itself is a bit inaccurate, but consistently innacurate so it's good enough for me. I find it a great motivator and so far I'm really pleased with it.

I'm giving one star, not because the tracker doesn't work well, it does, but because the straps provided are so insecure that I've lost my Misfit Shine as it fell out the wristband when I was shopping.Good product but I'd recommend buying a more secure wristband before using.

Having a few issues syncing... Don't want to give a negative review as I think it may be I need to read the instructions properly but not currently measuring my lengths.. I think it needs new batteries but I only wore it about 6 times and it only counted my laps correctly twice.. However as I say I need to check the manual before complaining

It is good at counting swimming laps but I don't think the calorie count is genrally accurate. The main problem is it falls off the strap and I have now lost it - so will need to replace. Not happy about this as it is the second time it has happened.

Please can you help? Really disappointed my shine has stopped working after only 7 months! How do I return and get placed as is under a 12 month warranty? I am doing the charity aspire swim that starts the first week in September, swim equivalent to the channel 22 miles in 12 weeks, I need to be able to count and track my lengths! Please can you help?

Really poor piece of kit
Really poor piece of kit. It was a replacement for the first one which I sent back. At least I could put this one together, but it didn't work.

I already have a Garmin Vivofit but I wanted a tracker that is waterproof to cope with aquafit, as I am waiting for a hip replacement so water based exercise is all I can manage...
