Great remote camera!
I recently purchased a Tenveo camera for remote classes. I must say it exceeded my expectations! Video picture and sound are excellent. It is suitable for work and study, and also easy to operate. Connecting to my computer is very comfortable. It is beautifully designed. I've been using it everyday. I am really satisfied with its quality and functionality. The product packaging is really good and the seller is also very patient in answering related questions. Great shopping experience!

Worked great for our church service live stream
I’m amazed by the quality of this product I went with the purchase on a budget for a small church needing to stream services it works perfectly the video quality is amazing it connects effortlessly with OBS software the pan tilt zoom work flawlessly the zoom I was impressed with it did not wash out quality of the picture. The ability to save preset camera positions on the remote is a great + for this product. The ceiling mount is sturdy it locked in with small screws overall I’m very happy with this PTZ I would highly recommend this product If your installation is greater then 15’ use a high end gold plated power boosted USB cable

Great picture, but moves on it's own
I bought this for streaming pool matches thru OBS. Took forever to get the settings to look good. When i did, i was disappointed that the PTZ controls, within an OBS plugin, didn't control the camera very good. The presets were sporadic and the camera just moves on it's own between different presets and random back and forth. It has even tried looking so far into the base that u can hear the gears skipping..... I have looked into any way to make this work for me, but I think I am at a loss.I am wired with a USB-C and have an Ethernet cable to it for controls.Edit: Customer support was very attentive to my case; most likely because of the 2 star review. They tried their best to help me with my issues. I never did get the camera working with OBS, but it works pretty good with the stand alone software, from PTZ optics. The presets work great, but when playing with the manual controls, occasionally it will just go haywire and spin out of control, past the point it's supposed to stop, causing me to have to reprogram all my presets. Now that i have those kinks worked out, and only use it with the presets, the camera is great. Quality is amazing and the optical zoom, which was a huge selling point, is amazing!!

I liked this camera so much, I bought a second one
I initially bought the 3X version of this camera for Zooming our church service to those who were traveling or were shut-ins. The plug-and-play USB feature was a prime consideration. I was blown away by the upgrade in picture quality from the previous webcam we had been using. The difference was dramatic. The only difficulty was the 3X zoom wasn't enough to set the camera in the back of the sanctuary; it had to be in the front row. This was a cosmetic issue for the pastor, but he allowed it. We ran the feed through the free OBS Studio program on my computer so we could add an overlay of our church logo in the corner of the image. We were so pleased with the camera that I bought the 10X model to mount in the back of the room. Since USB is limited to 16 feet of cable, I also bought a 100 foot ethernet cable and the USB converter to go that distance. It worked perfectly. One of the nicest features is the remote control. You can set each camera to one of 3 codes (using the DIP switches on the back), so one remote can control each camera individually. The remote uses IR (infrared) technology so it is strictly line-of-sight. There is a sensor on both the front and rear of the unit, but the rear sensor is partially blocked by the USB connector. There are other ways to control the camera, but I'm not savvy enough to use those capabilities. The OBS program allowed me to transition between the cameras smoothly and is giving me a much more professional look to our feed. The presets on the remote are great. Each camera can remember 9 positions, so I can quickly change from a close-up on the pastor to a wide view of the pulpit area or any other focus I choose. The presets move much more quickly than manually changing, particularly when zoomed in close. The camera moves more slowly (and is a little noisy) when zoomed in, so I use the presets a lot.The cameras adjust automatically to light levels as well as focus, although there is a manual override for the focus. With two cameras, the colors can be quite different depending on the background. When the pastor steps in front of the whiteboard, the change is substantial. I haven't figured out if this can be adjusted manually, but it's not a huge issue for me, just a drop in production values.A fellow in the church liked the image quality so much that he bought the 3X camera from me to use for conference calls in his business. I immediately ordered the 10X model to replace it. I highly recommend this unit. It has more than satisfied me for its versatility and quality.

Great for Zooming Church Services in Church
This product was exactly what we needed at a fraction of the price of what was quoted for our building. Is it as good as a $5k camera, no; however, for streaming live video, this camera is perfect. The zoom is functional and works well. The movements are very tolerable in smoothness. Our church is well lighted and the streaming images are quite good. I feel low light situations can lead to less than desirable results. The presets are a nice feature to move from location spot to location. Unless you are in a low lighting situation or need 4k, I feel this camera will be worth consideration. I would personally purchase this again if I had to.

Camera works ok for the price
Camera works fine and the picture quality is decent. The problem I am having is, 2 of the cameras account / user tables have crashed and now I can't add a user to the camera and it automatically deleted the admin user in the account. So I can't control the camera from the controller that I bought. The remote still works and I can still access the camera from the webpage using the default admin account, even though inside the account it says that user doesn't exist. No support for the camera from Tenveo.
