Years of going up and down hills and doing martial arts, in addition to natural aging has taken its toll on many of my joints, in particular my knees. Previously having tried Seven Seas active joint capsules I didn't notice any effect other than a, possibly coincidental, increase in heartburn. I only started using these tablets about a week ago and was surprised that after two hours of taekwondo yesterday, with a lot of sitting stances, my knees seem to be fine this morning, whereas normally I would tend to be suffering from a limp due to a particularly bad right knee. Again, this could be coincidence, but normally I would definitely be feeling some form of knee pain after that amount of "punishment", so will currently put his down to the tablets. I will continue to take them and update this review accordingly if I note any reoccurence of my knee problem. If only they worked for plantar fasciitis - just another joy of aging :) . The tablets are quite large, but easily enough to swallow with water. Not the best taste but I tend to take with breakfast so not really an issue. Overall happy with the price, and the seemingly good result over such a short period of time. Hopefully will continue to allow me to keep up my physical activities.

Always difficult to review tablets as nobody can tell if they actually do anything? Good price but wether they work or not is a different story.

Good tabs but need to swallow quickly start to dissolve in mouth quite big

This was recommended as I have started getting pains in my right hand. I have been taking one tablet daily (the recommended dose), for around 3 weeks. The pain in my hand is easing. I'll keep taking the recommended dose and see how the problem resolves.
