Well worth the money , got what I expected

It's OK only thing is the feathers keep coming out .. not as warm as I though it would be ..

Okay so I purchased this because it was a reasonable price but to be honest... I very much got what I paid for.When touching the duvet, it makes a strange sound - kind of like a very light crackling noise. It's because of the feathers but it just doesn't really fill you with a sense of quality and was a little distracting to my mum when she was sleeping however I'm not sure if this is normal for a duck feather duvet.Secondly these are quite heavy so if your in your 60s like my mum I would avoid this.At first, I can't really say I was exceptionally comfortable but I wouldn't say it was uncomfortable. HOWEVER, after a couple of days the feathers started poking through the cotton like needles and poking me earning it a well deserved 1 star.The only thing I would say that's positive about this is the warmth of this duvet. It really was hot - in fact it was too hot for me in November at the time of writing.Overall this is a complete let down, enough to put my mum off of all duck feather duvets going forward. So my advice is pay a little more and get something high quality. If you're in your 60s get something lighter.And don't forget as simple as something is someone can still mess it up. Something I will try not to forget next time.

My son loves his new warm duvet. If they do the same in a king size I will definitely buy.
