This is the cover/shroud only. If you also require the internal elbow and fittings pack, you will need to order part number 411.22.I ordered both and replaced the now obsolete elbow outlet on my 1990’s Aquasensation mixer shower(Mira Excel style)

nice replacement chrome shroud for MIRA shower
took a chance on this replacement for a yellowing white plastic shroud we had on our old MIRA shower and this made it look brand new again. thoroughly recommend this as a replacement.

Perfect
Purchased as a direct replacement for an old tarnished gold cover. However, I don’t think that this is made of metal, it seems like chrome plated plastic.
