Incredible Value
Needed a couple of computers to upgrade to Windows 11. These are really nice systems, fully loaded with enough power, memory and storage to cover years of program upgrades. Both cases looked like new. All connection ports functioned as expected. Pretty small footprint for a loaded desktop.Would buy again if needed.

Bargain, but with a problem
I needed to upgrade to Windows 11 pro for work, and my old HP could not be upgraded. This PC fit the bill really well. Everything was perfect, set up was easy and everything worked just fine, until....I tried to hook up external speakers. The internal speaker works (sounds terrible) but the sound card output on the back and for the jack for headphones does not work. I set up a Bluetooth speaker and that works fine. It is no big deal for me, but I can't give it 5 stars for this reason.

Disappointed
To begin, this is a refurbished PC and I knew I was buying a refurbished PC. To be honest I've always thought refurbished could be a better choice because it should have received personal attention in the refurbishing and post repair testing. In the past I've always built my own PCs and the one I am replacing I built back when Windows 7 was the standard OS.The PC arrived as promised and was well packaged. I should have done more homework before ordering it because I didn't realize model was so narrow and had very limited ability to expand. The Wireless/Bluetooth was a USB dongle which surprised me, I expected a card in the PC.Boot up went well and I was able to connect to my home network/Internet. There was no problem installing my programs but I learned I had a few that were not "certified" to run on Windows 11. I uninstalled those programs. In the first day or two I noticed my Internet connection was dropping out and coming back on but I thought it was possibly Comcast working in our area and didn't think it might be the PC. At one point when it went out I checked my wife's PC and it was still connected and my phone still had connection as did my tablet. At that point I realized I had a connection problem with the PC. About this same time I noticed that my Internet connection was running slow. I did a speed test and it would vary from 5 Mbps to 35 Mbps download over a period of time. At the same time my wife's PC as running at 200 Mbps and my phone was running at 100 Mbps. I tried to install an internal WiFi card I had on hand but this PC is too small to take the card I had on hand. The problem with dropping Internet connection and running extremely slow got worse. It never completed a Ookla Speed Test faster than 35 Mbps download and upload 5 Mbps. A number of times a speed test showed it running a 0.10 Mbps.I am very disappointed with this PC for a number of reasons. First is that I have used Dell for years at work and never had any problems. I didn't expect to have a problem with this one even though it was refurbished. Second, I have always trusted refurbished products for the reason listed at the beginning of this post. Next, Amazon agreed to allow a return with no problem but... when it arrives at the third party company that shipped it to me they have to check it out and agree to refund my purchase price. I'll add to this post if they refuse to refund my payment but I really don't believe that will happen. With all of this said, I can't say all this model is bad, just that this one that I received did not function properly. I only used it a week and didn't feel I should have to keep and deal with a PC less than a week old when it started giving me problems.

Arrived functional, but in rough shape and without wifi as advertised
While this computer is a decent deal for its specs, the one I received was in pretty rough shape. I purchased what was advertised as "Refurbished - Excellent" but ended up receiving what I would consider a "Used - Acceptable" PC. The removable cover panel has dents and scratches all over it, the locking tabs inside the cover and along the back were bent out of shape. The front is all scuffed up and worn looking and that optical disk drive cover was popped inside before I fixed it. Then there's the melted paper stickers and residue all over the back, right on top of the fan exhaust. Inside things weren't much better.. Loads and loads of dust everywhere and I found the top cover of the CPU fan had half its plastic tabs broken and it was lying loose inside the computer, rattling around when I pulled it out of the box. That fan was LOADED full of dust also. That being said, it booted up and seems to run fun with the included Windows 11 Pro installation and is doing ok w/ Windows Server 2022 Standard now.The computer was well-packed and double-boxed, so I highly doubt most of the dents, dings and scratches came from shipping - This thing was sent out supposedly "refurbished" this way. But, Amazon was willing to credit me back a quarter of the price I paid so I suppose that's a fair trade considering that I had to be the one doing the refurbishing! And finally, this PC did NOT include the wireless adapter that the product listing described. Furthermore, while it isn't technically in the product description, the optical disk drive that is depicted in every single one of the product photos clearly shows an optical disk drive w/ eject button right on the front. Fortunately these two missing items are not important in my particular usage case for this item... But buyer beware as this may not have been and isolated incident.Very disappointed in this seller! But at least to Amazon's credit, they made it as right as possible for me.

Fantastic Value
I bought this renew desktop computer to replace a 7-year old HP desktop computer. The transition was super easy and I could not be happier after 2 weeks. Buy it!

Excellent product
I was skeptical purchasing a refurbished computer but based on the reviews and warrantee I went ahead and bought it. The machine appears to be new, no scratches, dents or anything else and has performed perfectly for months now. The cost of this machine new was out of my budget but for a refurbished machine it was quite affordable and had all the features, hard drive size and memory I wanted. You won't be sorry if you purchase from these folks.
