I just received this beauty today .I will be taking it over seas next week. So will add on later.I have today , looked it over thoroughly.This case , came in its own dust bag, which will be so useful when storing .The case itself, is so easy to manipulate and move. It glides across the carpet with ease , which means it will fly across the floors in the airport well .The construction is solid, very solid . It reminds me of suitcases in past years, when I was young . A solid construction with beautifully solid catches .However , it is light too , unlike the ones from my youth.The colour is the prettiest of pinks .The case is simply elegant with so much thought put into it .The handles , are soft close, they don’t clunk down, as most do.The locking system is a breeze to set up .( note , for those whom have complained before) You are not supposed to have keys with cases like this . The keys lock , is for customs only , if there were problems.All you have to do, is remember a simple combination of numbers that you set up . It is that simple . You don’t need keys or padlocks.The case closes in 3 separate areas and it is so easy.I am very excited to use it next week .

I purchased the medium and large a few months ago and wanted to wait to use them properly before writing a review. I think they are fantastic value for money, I really wanted a hard case without zips but did not want to spend £500+ on each case, I now have the small, medium and large for less than that! They look and feel great, seem very secure as have traveled on multiple flights and nothing has gone wrong (yet)! Of course they incur wear and tear just like any other case which is inevitable, unfortunately the way they treat cases at the airport you can’t expect much less but really happy with these which is why I have purchased all of them. I also saw one review saying they didn’t arrive with keys…there are no keys to be had with them :)) the key hole is for TSA if they need to open your bag at the airport

Pro's: Build quality External. 10-10. Looks and feels expensive, which quite frankly it is. But for this luggage type its obviously compeititve. So price is reasonable in that regard given zipperless is not cheap. It is also extremely lightweight.Wheel movement is smoooooooth.Cons: Build quality internal (no wonder they don't show the inside in the photo's!!!!) Other than the dividers, which are extremely nice. Its like two different companies made the case. Extremely cheap and shabby. Not even glued or stitched down. Maybe this is the stock they are selling cheaper.Extremely shallow (and I mean shallow). Like Inwould not recomment thisncase to ladies becuase you will not be able to pack a lot of stuff in it, like at all. Unless you do the rolling method and will be staying somewhere that has an iron. There is no give. Might not even fit my steamer in there. Anyhoo. Solid 4 out of 5 Stars because it looks and feels super great (on the outside). Would recommend if travelling light and especially to places where the biro gang (when you know, you know) are more likely to take an interest in the contents of your case and close it back up again.

Purchased this suitcase that arrived promptly but unfortunately had arrived damaged in transit ( no fault of the provider) however,Provider made every effort to communicate and dispatch a replacement, and did so (actually dispatched directly following my photographic proof of return). My replacement suitcase arrived complete with a little thank you luggage tag and is looking perfect , very secure and solid case and really like the non zip feature, the inside of case is of high quality material and really nice features throughout.. the only problem is I now don’t want to check it in for a flight as it looks so high end.( protective covers now the next purchase).My sincere thanks to the provider for helpful and courteous communication and being extremely customer focused with nothing being too much trouble..I would highly recommend the suitcase and this provider .. thank you for excellent customer care!

We purchased these for a special holiday to Canada and the US. We love them. They are well laid out and the square corners not only maximise the capacity but also make them much easier to pack than our previous ones . The inside is also helpfully compartmentalised with clip on covers for each half preventing things from falling out as you open them with useful pockets for smaller items. The locking mechanism is very secure and there are no zips to accidentally burst open in transit.Unfortunately on the second trip out a couple of the wheels were damaged. Contacted JLY who responded very quickly and sent replacement wheels which were easy to fit using their detailed instructions. First class customer service.Looking forward to using them on our next trip!!

This is a quality item.Very well thought out with good security.Would definitely buy another if needed.I bought the medium and it is more than ample for me.Highly recommend.

Overall, it is a good and resistant product.Therefore, I made the big mistake to buy it in white. After the first trip, it’s all clearly scratched and horribly looking.

Absolutely love this case, very secure and steady lots of room hard wearing going to buy my husband one. Very well made, lovely looking can't wait to use again.
