TVS forgot to send…
Jacket is absolutely great, everything i fine including the thermal liner which we probably ever use unless those cold af rides but TVS forgot to send me Rain lining. 🥺Rest value for money and ease to use, fits properly.

Packaging
Product all over its good . The jacket is superb but rain liner Tay gave its a not a good quality compare to the jacket . Thermal is ok ok type of. But the packaging is very poor . When I spend a 10k on this product u should giva a box atleast . When I receive the product it’s cover whit a plastic cover only. Omg tvs please look in to this matter.

Bad packaging & Missing items
The jacket upon delivery misses the inner thermal layer and outer rain layer.Also, the packaging is very bad. See the attached image for reference.I have raised replacement request.

Incomplete order was shipped
I have received only main riding and thermal liner only without ce level 2 protectors and rain liner with the jacket,And Amazon couldn't even provide the reason why there were missing and no update on the above case.
