I really love that lock!!
Super easy to install, very durable the quality is just perfect, works without any issues. It’s perfect value for the money as work better than our Yale on other door. my husband loves it so much he wants to buy one more for the third door. You can also use the app to operate the lock. The battery has a long life I think because we didn’t have to replace it yet.It’s a must buy, and I love that the buttons are big enough to fit any finger. I never miss any number.

Great lock and easy to install!
So far, I am loving this lock and handle situation. Just finished installing today, so only day one. Downloaded app to my and husbands phone. The only thing I don't have functioning properly is the fingerprint situation, which is the least of my needs. I love the keypad and the app and the exterior handle is beautiful.

It doesn’t work unless your within two feet
It’s supposed to be for a rental so when your not home you can unlock from your door and it won’t work unless your within 2 feet of the door

One out of 4 lock sets worked out of the box
Ordered 3 and had to do a return to get another one because one of the handles would not turn the lock. The new one had a bad latch bolt and one of the originals also had a bad latch bolt. I had to take two from another set and use them and the locks then worked. I probably should send them all back but I am hoping they will hold up long term. Programming instructions are horrible, we finally got a code in them but still have been unable to program fingerprint reader or the wifi. I can't find anything online to help with programming of this set. Ive only had them installed for a day and I'll try again to program later (sometimes its better to walk away) lol. I probably should had rated lower but if they hold up long term the price was not bad. They also look very good on the doors.
