Q: How do you put the pictures in the front and back frames?

look for the notch in the plastic film. you can use a toothpick or something else with a point to slide into the frame and pop the plastic out of the locket. You can then use the cardboard inside to trace around the picture and cut it to size. Once the picture is cut to size you can slide it into the locket and put the plastic frame back on by sliding the tabs on the sides into their spots.

You can upload to different websites online that will print them the size you need.

Q: Size of picture what size pictures should I have printed for the inside?

Like 1” x 1” or 1.5” x 1.5” with what you want to see centered because you’re going to have to cut it in the shape of the heart. I used the plastic heart picture cover from the inside to get the shape right and to cut exactly what I wanted from the pictures for my wife.
