Works well
Works well. You have to know address and how to use jumpers to change, but they are nice and easy to interface to arduino.

As advertised
Worked well for me using LiquidCrystal_I2C library. Default I2C address is 0x27. The screw potentiometer controls the character brightness, not the backlight (which is turned on via code).

Purchased to use in a small status display
Purchased these (only needed one so far, but I'll use the other two later) for a quick status display in an equipment room, with an Arduino and several sensors. Easy to interface with, easy to use, good results overall. Happy with the product.

Nice display at a good price.
It would be helpful if it referenced some libraries that work with it since it mentions Arduino and Raspberry Pi.

Bare Bones 4x20 LCD Module
One unit was slightly defective: It is missing a row of pixels on the bottom of the second row, leading to artifacts. Otherwise, a (very) bright 4x20 display. It's big and heavy: the board is 60x98mm and I'm guess the weight is something arund 20 to 25 grams. Works fine with the LiquidCrystal_I2C library. No LED jumper, voltage is 0 across the LED pad, so the backlight is not adjustable although you can turn it off and on, etc (see library documentation.) Default I2C address is 0x27, there are pads for A0, A1, and A2 on the backpack. Only minor quibble is the header cables come with only 10 conductors, so there were only enough for 2 1/2 devices; it's the thought that counts! A good value.
