Phenomenal piece of Equipment!
I use Dragon dictation 13 and the difference this makes over the handset supplied is phenomenal. I had a little problem setting up on one machine and Phillips Customer Support were extremely quick to resolve my issue. This was not full of the equipment but a mistake I'd made in installing the handset.
