Very Reliable and Great Quality
I bought this generator a few years ago. Living in the Houston area we do experience storms and power outages more frequently than others. Last year hurricane Beryl hit and we were without power for 6 days, but luckily this beast kept us up and running. We were able to also run our downstairs AC unit and pool pump for 6 days. I was able to keep my sanity during a very rough time. We were even able to run lines to our Nextdoor neighbors house so that they could keep the fridge going and one of them had an oxygen tank. It took a lot of gas and that was the most challenging part (finding gas) but I was successful each day and was able to keep it going. Changing oil is simple. Very impressed and pleased that I we purchased it. So worth the $$$. It also starts up so quickly every time. We just pulled it out to test it this year now that it is hurricane season and it started right up.

It’s a huge BEAST! Plenty of power for entire house.
What a huge BEAST!! I been running 7550 watts Generac generator past few years, only issues I faced was not able run AC, Dryer what runs 220 volts. We able to cook on stove with only 2 burners. My Golly, this beast is something! Being heavy equipment mechanic, this thing not as loud as my 7550 Generac. I was able do ANYTHING in my home even 5 tons AC. The positive thing it contains breakers on each plugs., lots of plugs to run cords to my shop nearby. Moving it not bad with the solid wheels, weights 680 lbs. loaded with gas and oil. I added rack on top hold my cords and such. Starting this thing really different. Like a robot self start once button was pushed. I put synthetic oil in it instead using factory as I live in cold climate and stat any temperature. This thing runs GREAT!! I put it together was a breeze as I didn’t read the instructions, I just knew what I’m doing. I was lucky enough to own a cherry picker to get it off the pallet. I know some customers not prepare for that. Lol. I was, knew gonna be heavy. Love the frame around it. Xcel energy was so pissed I was prepared to have power when they don’t want me not having power. We people should always be prepared. I’m happy to have this BEAST!! 20k running watts is just more than I need. Those who curious, my house 3,300 square foot.

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED ROBBERY BUYER BEWARE
I got this unit and never have I been able to use it. I followed the instructions for setup. Sure it starts up engine runs. I contacted the manufacturer. They sent me a replacement part. It was innstaleed only to still get the same results. Any time I put a load on it. Even as small as a 12” fan. It shuts down. After a few months of back and forth. I asked if there’s some when I can take it for repair. They said yes. I sent all the information requested for my purchase info. Now the manufacturer says I don’t have coverage for this unit. Since it was purchased as a UESD UNIT. I paid quite a lot of money for this huge paper weight. No where does it say that this was a USED UNIT. IM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. I got totally ripped of for more than $3600.00 no weapon required. Now Amazon won’t let me give this a zero rating. There should be be some type of consequences for robbing people like this.

Great Buy
Great price and is big enough to run our whole house, including the well pump and ac. We don't have natural gas or propane so we needed something that runs on gasoline and this is perfect. Easy to operate and easy to move in spite of weighing 500 lbs.

Worth the money!
Getting and electrician out to do the hook up was the hardest part. Just lost power a few days ago and this thing ran the whole house. Expensive but worth it. It’s loud but for a whole house power supply that should be expected.

Initial impression - good. A bit on the heavy side.
I have been trying to buy one of these for a while. They seem to be in continually short supply. It was delivered today. One thing that needs to be really clear, and this isn't a fault of the product, but it is HEAVY. You can assemble it on the delivery pallet ok, but getting it off is a different thing. You really need to have something capable of lifting ~600lbs. You won't do it by hand. I suppose that four healthy and reasonably strong men could take a corner each and lift it while someone pulled the pallet out from underneath. I used my tractor with the bucket removed, it had no problems lifting.Once on its two wheels, it is relatively easy to move around - again, considering the weight.I would be a bit wary about trying to push it down a hill...Everything you need is supplied - except the gasoline. I initially just put about one and a half gallons in the tank. It's not enough. I had to add another five to get it to run. Given the size of the tank, the gallon and a half probably only just covered the bottom, so I wasn't too surprised by that.Noise: Well, yes, any generator that runs at 3600 rpm is going to be noisy. I have a 6.6kw Yamaha generator that we have been using. This is not really much noisier than that. The sound is different, but once placed outside where I typically ran the old generator and the doors closed this is practically inaudible, as the old one was/is.Rating: It started, ran, powered my existing circuits effortlessly. It was a toss-up between 4 or 5 stars. I ended up knocking off one star because if I hadn't had the tractor to lift it, it would still be sitting on its pallet. I think someone at Westinghouse could come up with a means of getting it on the ground a bit easier. I will probably come back when I have added other circuits (such as AC) to load it and add a bit more to this review. I may be tempted to give that star back as the memory of that fades.Delivery: I have to admit that I had some misgivings when I saw that the carrier was CEVA. Long story, for another time maybe. But in this case, the impression was good. Relatively frequent tracking updates. Emails to set delivery time. They actually called to ask if it was ok to deliver an hour earlier, and placed this huge box in my garage rather than just dumping it on the drive in front of the house. Polite and friendly delivery people. Good service from them.So now, having spent this much on a generator, I am fully expecting no outages for the next ten years!EDIT1: Tried out powering the whole house now that I have two 50A cables. The one thing worthy of note is that if you have the plastic covered cable rather than rubber (the rubber covered ones are EXPENSIVE) they are not very flexible, so pluggin in is rather difficult unless you run the cables as shown in the photo. The left/front most plug has to go in first, with the cable running over the wheel axle, behind the wheel. Then the second one, with the cable lying on top of the first. Done this way it's pretty easy. Any other way is close to impossible. More flexible/expensive cable and/or different plugs (non angled) would be another option. All the appliances in the house, hot water etc. work fine. I gave the AC a quick try (not too long, as it's only 65°F today). That worked. Haven't dared to try the heating (heat pump) as it has 2 20kw heat strips, and my thermostat is a bit liberal in how it uses them.EDITI have run this for ~1 hour every month, just to keep it in shape, and a few times for (quite short) outages. I decided that it was time for its first oil change.First problem: The filter specified in the manual just doesn't seem to be available. It appears that the FRAM PH4967 is an equivalent. If you want a much better quality filter, the Wix 51394xp fits. I went with that, and 5W-30 full synthetic oil.Draining the oil is easy. Removing the factory oil filter is NOT! I really don't want to meet the Westinghouse filter fitting gorilla on a dark night! Not a chance by hand. I managed to get my strap wrench in there - nope. Not going to budge. After spending most of the afternoon on it I gave up and ordered this:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CJ2BZY77/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1At first, I feared that it wasn't going to work, but then it gripped. It took a LOT of effort, but finally came free. The WIX filter fitted fine.If you haven't done an oil/filter change yet, I suggest buying filter wrench set before even thinking about it.
