Excellent
I am very happy with the three I bought. I am using them for three oil filled radiators.Set them for 66 to 69 and they work great.

For a heater you want to accurately control, this is it! Very accurate thermostat
First, I made sure the AMPS, VOLTS, WATTS, MATCHED the heaters pull! This temperature thermostat is accurate and reliable. It turns on and off at the time set!! The display shows the current "room temperature," "on time," and "off time." Easy to read and verify, and it's at a good price. Instructions are in legible English. Rather than in CHINGLISH. Big PLUS! I like it and recommend it.

Failed and melted my extension cord - not capable of advertised 15A rating
It worked great until it didn't. I was using it to control a 1,500-watt "milk house" electric heater in my greenhouse, which was on the 1,200-watt setting. After a month, it got hot enough that it melted the plug into the extension cord. I used a large screwdriver and hammer to pry the controller out of the extension cord. It would be a great unit for lower wattage but not suited for the rated 15A.

Seems Good, too Early to Tell
Wow, several reviews talked about the poorly written instructions, and they were absolutely correct. I wanted this for temperature control, not timed or countdown. I finally figured out that you use the Mode button to take it to the temperature screen, then push the Set button. The top temperature setting will start flashing, so you use the up or down button to set the "on" temperature. Push the Set button again, and then you can set the "off" temperature you desire. I don't know why they couldn't have said all this in their written instructions. I am going to use this in our pump house to turn on a small heater if the temperature ever gets down close to freezing. I don't want the heater to just run and run after it goes on, so I have set the "Off" setting to about 3 degrees above the "On" setting. Time will tell how good it works. I was very pleased to see the current temperature of the room that was displayed is the same as the other thermometers in the room. The unit also feels well made, and the backlight works very well. If this ends up totally working the way I envision it working, then I will try to remember to come back and rate it with a 5th star. Still, there is no excuse for not having instructions that are easily understood. At this time, I would definitely buy this item again.

Great attic fan controller
I replaced my attic fan with an industrial fan but didn’t have any thermal controller. A mechanical thermal unit requires splicing a wire into the unit and adjusting a small screw to turn on, hopefully at a general temperature range. I wanted something more precise. I set mines to 95F. And in Las Vegas it get hot. We already hit 90s in May, and I can hear the fan working. Unfortunately my fan is a bit oversized so it is louder but I doesn’t bother us. By next morning it off, so I know it is working. Hopefully this will last through the summer.
