Controlling Foodservice Costs with Answer Sheet, ManageFirst Program, 2nd Edition

The answer sheet was already torn out of the book. It is required for my class and I expected it to be included due to the title and description of this listing indicating that it would be. Class has already begun and I'm juggling a return and waiting for a new book that I hope will be correct.

Quite pricey and not very useful

Excellent learning book if you want to start your own business and know what cost are

When the book arrived the first few pages were stuck together abt the corner so. Could not flip the pages, and the answer sheet was ripped to where it cannot be used

Very good book. If you have take college accounting, this might be too easy. However, seeing this topic presented specifically for food service is very interesting.
