Heavy Duty & Works Well
We have a set of ramps we use to get heavy things in & out of the shed, but ramps sometimes move. We needed to use pins to anchor the ramps temporarily to the shed floor, so I drilled a hole into each ramp. The holes end up with really rough edges, so that’s where the burr bit comes into play. The bit attaches easily to a hand-held drill and can smooth out or de-burr the rough edges. This allows the pins to be removed and inserted easily, and I’m less likely to tear my skin on rough edges too. The picture shows the drilled hole and you can see no rough edges you usually get with drilling steel. I’m very happy with this handy burr bit.

Great tool to have in your toolbox
I had a hole in some metal and the bolt wouldn’t fit through so I use this tool to elongate the hole and everything fit perfect. It will shave metal or plastic very easily to open up a hole, a little bit bigger or any direction you need to go.

It cuts metal very well
I had just started learning how to weld and got a weld where it was not supposed to go in a hole in the metal. It took it out and also belveiled the metal too. I am trying to make sponge bob square pants.

Works well
Needed this to shape some aluminum. It was going very slowly with an 80 grit flap wheel, this burr made short work of it and showed no wear when done.

Good for widening holes or grinding welds
I used this to round out holes in metal and grind down welds in tight corners. This works really well for enlarging a hole in steel and grinding off burrs or rough spots that I cannot get with my angle grinder. This is a very helpful tool for my metalworking projects.

used for trimming welds cuts like the proverbial hot knife through butter ,shank is a tight fit in 6mm collet though, and only time will tell on its durability ! but so far its impressive !
