Powerful and well made
Seventy years old needs an extra hand and extra muscles to move furniture, lift objects, and hold an item in place, such as a door, while installing it. Found these jacks to be very sturdy and stable. Can easily lift furniture, and appliances to be able to slip sliders underneath to move things around. Surprised on how many times I've used them and how handy they are.

Highly Recommend!
These jacks are sturdy, reliable, and very easy to use. The 12-inch height is perfect for providing just the right amount of lift for my heavy kitchen appliances, making cleaning and maintenance so much easier. The jacks are well-built with a solid design. If you’re looking for a way to elevate your appliances effortlessly, these jacks are a game-changer!

These work fairly well
I bought these to lift my very heavy couch so I could put slider feet under and also so I can install and remove an accessibility desk for my wife. These lift the couch so easily its amazing! However, the release mechanism does not have enough mechanical advantage and is hard to use, especially if the jack is positioned in an awkward location due to the construction of the furniture.Pro: Lightweight (sort of) and lifts easilyCon: The lift "fingers" are slippery, you need to use caution and ideally oppose these on the furniture to reduce slippage. The base is not "cushioned" and could scratch the floor if it slides. The release mechanism needs more leverage. Also:I would really like to see a model of this device with really long "fingers" to reach far underneath a couch. I have to extend the foot rest a certain amount in order to reach the frame. If I extend too far, there is not enough room for the jack's vertical piece.

Fairly light-duty
These jacks have pretty amazing lift power for such a small unit. I found the hand lever to be easy to gain lift for even a heavy desk. It struggled to reach the max height (in fact it didn't) but I accomplished my task. The forks need to be heavier duty. They can be easily bent and because not very long, it's not suitable for an item that doesn't have a right-angle lifting edge. Good value though for a 2-pack but the "forks" could stand to be about double the current length. Maybe my expectations were too high, and it would be like a mini forklift, but it should be satisfactory for most any lift that doesn't need to exceed about 3 inches or so, depending on weight. I used the 2 together to lift a desk to replace a chair mat where I needed the desk to rest on the mat to keep it secure. I was able to get both sides above the carpet pile.

Very helpful for many tasks
Bought this to elevate a large sectional and a TV unit to add risers. The good. Works well, strong and easy to operateWould like for it to Elevate a bit higher but did a workaround with some wood blocks. The fork is a bit short but again I used some thin pvc blocks holding them to make it work.Good value and made life much easier.

Looks like they will work but...
I have just unpacked the lifters. Overall they look like I expected. Their movement is smooth and easy. The paperwork indicated they have an aluminum base but they have stamped steel instead. Being stamped, the tops are convex and smooth, good for the lifter arm. This doesn't matter for the base. The lifter and base are concave and ALL edges are sharp as a knife! It's not a problem for the lifter but the base will cut whatever surface you're lifting on. I'd have to deburr all the edges of the base in order to even try using. Although the overall design looks good, this problem shows poor manufacturing quality control. Decision time as to keep and deburr or send them back. If I keep them, I'll update the review. I ordered them on Prime Day 1 and received them on Prime Day 2, 2024.

I got a little over 2 years out of them.
For the price, I gave these a shot. They were a major aid in my kitchen and bath cabinetry installations, which I do for a living. Lifting multiple island cabinets and leveling and straightening them in one go was a great use. Leveling large utility cabinets was a breeze. As I said, for the price these were really useful. I did have the handle on one of them break not too long ago, as they are plastic. But, for all the better they were built, I think they paid for themselves a few times over and compared to what a set of Viking Arm jacks cost these are a steal. I just can't justify the cost of the VA's. I have moved on to a set of Yellow Jackets which seem to be better built and have more features, so I'm curious to see how those hold up compared to these. If you're going to use them lightly or at least conservatively, I think these are a viable option. Full time use as a go-to tool in the trades, just be aware that you may have to replace them at some point.
