Great for workout

I just received this item. The shipping was fast and it was easy to build (just two screws). The retractable gearing makes crunches smooth. The length from elbow to hand works for me. My only concern is how long it will last. This is all made of plastic. Even the joints that will hold all your weight. Wish it was metal to last longer.

Wish the Automatic Rebound was little stronger for the return and Knee pad was little, thicker and larger dimension wise, but overall, very stable and would still definitely recommend....!!

I agree with one of the comments above, simply throw the instructions in the trash, unless you speak Chinese, because it’s written in Chinese. You do not need the instructions. It’s very easy to put together. It works much better than the single wheel nonsense I’ve had for a few years now. This is sturdy and easy to return the wheel when rolled forward.

All directions are in Japanese. Not one word in English. The rebound is very weakThis action helps with definition even if the roller doesn’t rebound

The product is solidly built and works flawlessly. However, the instructions are in Chinese!! Not a deal breaker but it suggests the manufacture's controls are lax.i
