It only fits the large side of the stethoscope.
It works and fits great. I thought I would get both sizes, but I only got the large side. Still looking for something to fit the small side of the stethoscope.

Fits my old double headed stethoscope

Fit my Sprague.
Fit my Sprague and glad I found it. A little pricey though, considering the shipping is as much as the product. Wish it was offered at uniform stores or at least coming with the entire package of ear pieces and smaller diaphragm.
