Great tool. Watch your fingers.
Great for crimping press pro fittings for copper pipes and it is a very clean installation. Make sure that if its a small installation that you put everything together before you start crimping . once you crimp the fittings there is no wiggle room to move them.

Product review
The item molds for the 3/4 jaws where slightly off resulting in the pro press machine not able to fully seal copper pipe with Viega fittings. Brother in-law had to come over with a name brand tool to crimp seal all fittings that where leaking from this tool not fully sealing.

Strange tool but its working so far
First off don't expect to beat this tool around like a ridgid and have it not fall apart on you. It definitely has that harbor freight cheap plastic (and probably internals) quality to it. I mean it comes with spare seals which is always a bit suspicious. There are some other odd things about it. I own the 12v version but I think "12v" just means it's comparible to name brand 12v versions. In reality it runs on 18v Makita batteries. The battery's that come with it say 12v on the side but the bottom still just says 18, the tool says 18 and checking the batteries sure enough... They're 18v. Not really a negative but definitely odd marketing. But overall I use it primarily just for times that we can't get water totally shut down on a job. It can save you a lot of time in situations such as that or in areas with hot work restrictions.I've used ridgid and Milwaukee's propress tools quite a bit and this thing is in no way one of those but it is half the price and has worked so far on around 50 fittings (like I said it's more of a supplemental tool for me.)

Vendor will not warrant or repair product while in warranty period!
The press literally blew up in my hands, sending oil and parts everywhere. Vendor will not except product back for repair or exchange. Not only did this tool fail, but it also put a hole in our bathroom wall from the flying shrapnel. Don't bother with Vevor, you're just wasting your money.

If you like dancing in the rain
At first was the answer to my prayers , I run a plumbing outfit we bought 4 of these units , all 4 were returned , unit could not complete a joint with out a leak , cost me thousands of dollars to learn a lesson, stick with Milwaukee when it comes to propress

You had one function
Product failed me today. I'm upset that this product has one function and they can't even get that right. Makes no sense. Wasted $600 on junk.
