I swear by these especially when i travel abroad

I find them too big to swallow. I switched from ProVen to try these but will go back once finished these. No idea why so big I’m going to have to break the capsule and drink it I think as can’t take the lumpy feel I get in my throat. I am a petite woman but I’ve been taking pills for years just find these ones don’t slip down throat and also when put in mouth to swallow with liquid as they’re so light no matter how hard I try they seem to spin round and up going down sideways.,

I ordered this product after being advised post surgery and long time antibiotics, I've been taking for approx 10 days but I've had no thrush yet and it's aa sure thing with antibiotics so I think things r looking goodlyIts a little more pricey than I can normally afford but it's not gonna break the bank

I was recommended to take probiotics by my doctor and it was great to find some that are suitable for vegans as I’m allergic to dairy.They are easy to swallow and with numerous courses of antibiotics I have taken these are very useful. Would totally recommend.
