Rotation does work for me
Very useful item. I have wahoo and garmin computers and both fit well.Several reviews say that the clamp does not rotate. At least mine does . You put the computer into the slots and turn it 90 deg clockwise to lock it . If you then twist the computer firmly another 90 deg clockwise , the computer rotates and assumes the correct rotation to allow stem mounting . You can only make the second twist by twisting the computer . If you try to twist the mounting slots it doesn’t work .so an easy mistake to make

Do not rotate
Good quality holder, fitted well my garmin GPS, robust and sturdy fixed,The rotation doesn’t exist, you can just adjust it to two different points in just one way around.The price is not bad, so if you are looking for the garmin product and not bothering to the rotation, it could help once the installation and stability is good.

poor fit on mtb bars and cheap rubber band.
Despite trying numerous configurations I couldn't get the base to sit snuggly on my bars, the concave back was too open so was too loose for off-roading despite saying it's for mtb's. When I tried to tighten the cheap rubber band snapped. The base itself looked decent quality it just wouldn't fit well.

Used for my wahoo while on holiday on a rented bike, perfect for taking on and off fits any thickness of handlebar

This does not rotate!
I purchased this product for use with a Wahoo Elemnt Bolt. The product is marketed as a stem and handlebar mount but it cannot be used as a stem mount with the Wahoo Elemnt Bolt because mounting it on the stem, places the mounting tabs in the six and 12 o clock positions. The Wahoo needs the tabs to be in the 3 and 9 o clock positions so it just doesn't work. Conversely - if you were using a Garmin cycle computer and wanted to use this mount attached to your handlebars - it wouldn't work for the same reason that mounting to the stem wouldn't work for Wahoo devices. A bit of a waste of money really.

Can't be rotated as suggested so limited use.
This has a very basic design. It's a fixed plate with a rubber bracket. The plate can not be rotated so it's one way around on the stem and the other way around on the bars.For Garmin products it is the right way around on the stem so can't be used on the bars but check which way around your device has.The bracket is OK but a little flimsy and I'm not 100% sure I trust it.Given the quality and rigid design the price perhaps isn't as good as it looks.

If you want your cycle computer sideways this is great but Ur can't be set for vertical or portrait view! handy tho..
