That's what my dad said when I asked how he liked the new cup I bought him.. "I"ve always got ice ...ice ..baby " and I slowly blinked and stared at him but he quickly said "No seriously I don't think the ice has ever melted from the first use." He primed it by throwing it in the freezer (you do not have to do this) and every morning he tosses a few more cubes in. He washes it once or twice a week and he says otherwise it's always cold. He hasn't tried hot stuff but he loves it. His cat can't drink out of it and spill it (hence why I bought him one that has a spill proof lid) and he said the only thing was the straw had no silicone topper but the cup is a nice size and it works very nicely.

This cup is amazing!! I have never had a water cup as good as this one. It keeps my drink cold even over night!! I have even had it sitting out in the sun and it STILL keeps my drink cold. Best Cup EVER!!. Strongly recommend this item!!

So the advertised claims about the mug's insulation is a little optimistic going by my experience BUT its not at all bad either.The extra wide opening is great for getting ice in and cleaning which is a step up over a lot of these insulated flasks or mugs.I had left mine about half way full with some ice in it overnight and when I woke up and checked it there was still a little ice in there. No condensation on the outside or bottom either. Which is perfectly fine to me.The colors (got the gradient dark green on dark blue) look as advertised and are great to me.The grip is also solid as well. Most of them on these insulated cups are too small and narrow so they get painful or fatiguing to hold after a while. This one is perfectly fine.Biggest issue I'd have with it is the lid. It looks like it seals at first glance but not really. The gasket slides around when you push it on the mug. Think of it more as a splash guard than as forming a seal and you'll be fine. Just don't expect more out of it than that. They do give you a spare which is nice because in my experience the gasket breaks down after about 6 months. Or just gets lost.Other thoughts: the straw is all metal and smaller diameter than what you normally see for these cups. Looks to be about 5mm diameter or so and about 9" long. The hole in the lid won't accept a much bigger size than that if you have the 12-13mm metal straws FYI. There is a flip up sipper as well but its a bit on the small side so I haven't used it.The clear plastic lid has a inner diameter of 90mm and approximately 16mm deep and the gasket is approximately 3mm wide. The outer top plastic lid diameter is 100mm so it rests against the metal lip and won't fall deeper into the mug. Hopefully that'll help anyone find replacements!There is no rubber grip pad on the bottom so it'll slide around easily on a car seat! Just bare metal. It doesn't fit in any standard drink carriers either so you'll need a super wide after market one to make it work.Can't speak to the long term durability since I've only had it about a week but it seems sturdy and well made as far as I can tell.

I love my black 32 ounce cup it is fantastic for hot and cold drinks, the handle works very well even thou I have small arthritic hands, I’m sure it would be good for large hands also. I love the modern finish of the flat black of my cup. Hot coffee stays hot just like the add says, the only thing I will say is if you like to drink hot coffee using a straw, don’t use the metal straw, it gets really hot, I use a plastic straw when I am drinking coffee. For Cold drinks the metal straw is perfect. I would definitely buy again or suggest if you are looking for a cup, you can’t get any better and it is a great price.

Wow am I glad we bought these! I accidents left this cup on my balcony at a Mexican resort, and when I finally found it, 5 hours later, it was still full of ice! No sweat/condensation at all. Cannot wait to bring this camping

Just received my 50oz in the mail. First impressions are good. Build quality is solid. I do not expect to get the listed hours or chill/heat retention, however lets be honest...who needs a drink to stay cold for 36hrs? I drink my drinks within an hour or two. I have large hands and the handle feels good. I can fit all 4 fingers in the handle. Base is nice and wide so I don't think tipping the cup over accidentally will be an issue. For under $50 dollars this seems like a great buy. I will give an update after my 2 week holiday to Mexico. Also I would give 5 stars if the lid was a thread on and completely leak proof, so you could put it in your backpack for on the go applications.
