Great product easy to install just have to follow instructions and use the hook to hold if you are on your own will be handy to have someone to help to hold while installing. Overall does what it says everything works well from lights to fan. Remote control works perfectly just the app seems to be an issue other than that it’s amazing.

Installed this yesterday, the wiring is straightforward and clear, it comes with a 4-point ceiling bracket which was easy to fit and there's a secure cable to attach the fan to the bracket which take the strain out of holding it up while you sort the wiring.Attaching the fan to 2 of the 4 screws was easy, lift it into place and twist. The issue was the next 2 screws as the gap between the ceiling and fan is about 3" and too small for my hand so I used a magnetic screwdriver to carefully get the screw in place. After that easy.The fan, as mentioned, is very close to the ceiling, which is good. The remote control works well although you will need to read the manual to understand all the buttons.The fan has 6 speeds and is very quiet but as it's small its range of direct "feelable" air is narrow i.e. right under it, 2 steps out and you don't feel it anywhere near as much.That said, it does feel powerful so will move air in whatever room its installed in, which is the main point of a fan.The light is bright on its highest setting and dimmable, overall it looks smart but it is all plastic so on closer inspection it looks cheap but it works well and Im happy with and the install process so I can recommend it.Note its only been up for 2 days so no idea how long it will last.

The media could not be loaded. Love it, Fan is not that noisy, light assembly was easy, yes fixing it on the ceiling was tricky as screws are too close to ceiling. Only problem is with app you can turn it off but cant turn it on. I wanted to use it as safety when I am away from house to randomly turn it on/off.

This is very difficult to put together and install. Would require an electrician with a lot of patience! Handyman couldn’t manage it so had to return.

The highlight of this fan is how easy it was to install, with the ceiling bracket, 4 screws into the ceiling joists and that was the hardest part.The annoying part was taking the old light out which had stubborn screws that I had to eventually cut off as the head had worn off.If you don't have any issues like I run into, then you could have this up and running in less than 30 mins, including setting up your app.The fan operation is simple to use, either by the supplied remote control or via the app. Myself, being old-school, I prefer the remote, but then having the convenience of not having to get up to grab the remote off the mounted wall bracket has it's perks of using the app.Both are easy to use, very simply laid out on their functions, such as fan speed control, direction of blades and then over to the light, dimming adjustment as well as colour temp control. I prefer the cool white, but warm white is nicer during lazy evenings.The fan operates quietly under normal slow speeds, but when maxed out, you will hear the blades slicing through the air as the air if bashed out into the room, and yes, it does a good job of cooling in less than 5 mins.One final note, make sure you've turned off the mains supply when working on this as you don't want someone walking in trying to turn on the light whilst you're up on the ladders wiring this all up.
