I really like these bands. I used to have a set that was more like rubber and they immediately rolled up to painfully constricting narrow bands. But these are cloth and stay rectangular as you use them. I can comfortably use them throughout my workout with no trouble.

Only had them a couple of days but I have liked them thus far. For those of senior years, of which I am, I highly doubt the Heavy and Extra Heavy will ever get used. I gave them to my teen grandaughter. I use the Light for my arms, the remaining two for legs. I have back issues and use them while I’m lying on the floor in my Stretching warmup phase before moving to elliptical equipment. Came in a mesh bag with a card with written and photo instructions. Cannot speak to durability. Sure beats those latex bands that roll up.

Good bands with an xlight band. Son's physical therapist recommend as this brand has an xlight band which is great for use after an injury. Wish they had other colors than pink but still a good product.

I tried a few of them on Amazon. They were way too tight for my beginner's level. These ones are perfect! Love them!

I can use the bands even while standing, sitting, and even laying down. I wear them around my thighs when doing housework, out walking, and just around the house. When sitting and watching my shows I'm able to use bands on are workouts and still can work out legs. I have toned so much using these fabulous bands that I ordered and sent to others. My friend that has gone through alot of Chemo for cancer uses them the most on days she just can't get off the couch or out of bed. I begin chemo for breast cancer and I will take mine with me and see if I may use them to keep my body moving. I'm not sure because I haven't started mine yet but I will be sure to share. Lynne

First of all, I was extremely happy with how fast they arrived!The bands came in 5 strengths, starting with extra light, to extra heavy. The bands are labeled as such, but the poundage isn't listed on the bands. Also included was a carrying pouch, and a small card misting some basic exercises. The card included was written in Spanish, but fortunately the illustrations were simple enough for you to figure out what to do. The bands themselves were constable, and I didn't note any rolling. I have only used them once so I can't speak to the durability although I will say that they didn't feel flimsy at all. These are a much better alternative to those flimsy and elastic bands. I found them easy to get on, and I was able to use them for both my arms and my legs. I would definitely recommend these!

These literally changed my life. I didn't know that there were fabric resistant bands until now. The most annoying thing about other kinds of bands is that they tend to bunch up and slide up and down your legs when you're working out. These do not at all! I love how they stay put and don't warp at all when you stretch them. In addition, I cannot believe I didn't think about how easy it would be to wash these! I just throw them into a laundering bag and toss them into the laundry machine. Who would have imagined that? I can't believe I didn't think about it before but it's kind of gross that you can't clean your other exercise bands but these you just throw in the wash. I would highly recommend doing that when you first get them because they are a little bit smelly. In addition they are super thick and very durable. They definitely add the resistance you're looking for. I'm never going back to silicone bands again.

With 5 different levels or "stretchiness", I can choose which one I am going to use for each work out depending on how my body feels and how hard I feel like working out on a specific day. Product is easy to use and it comes with some exercises that you can do. These resistant bands are indeed resistant and easy to carry around anywhere for workouts.
