This product was exactly what I needed to modify an outdoor electrical item. Arrived on time. Well made and easy to install.

I used one to bring power directly from the 20amp plug on the pole into my camper to power a window ac without having to use some of the campers 50 amps. It takes our two rooftop units and the window ac to keep this enormous camper cool in SE TX in July and this little plug really helps. I no longer worry as much about counting every amp and what we can run and what we can't. It doubles in the winter for letting us run extra electric heaters. I drilled a hole in the floor inside a cabinet to install the plug so it's completely weather protected. Then wired it to a dedicated plug I installed in the side of the cabinet. No more running drop cords through the slides.I liked it so much I used another to bring basic power into my cargo trailer for lights and fans.

Easy to install, received quickly

Instead of replacing my EZGO charger coupler I mounted my charger inside my golf cart and installed this shore power receptacle to plug in any extension cord. Works like a champ. No more charger on my wall or on the garage floor.

just what i needed for a wave runner battery maintainer. now i dont have to lift up the seat to plug it in.

Really nice weatherproof cap

Added this to my 2012 Fiat 500 on the front bumper and hard wired it to a battery trickle charger I got off Amazon back in 2015 (Extreme Max 1229.4000 Battery Buddy Intelligent 6V / 12V Battery Charger / Maintainer). The car sits for some periods of time and I have 12VDC electronic rodent deterrent devices running continually to keep out rats and pesky squirrels. Being able to easily plug in an extension cord (no opening the hood, clipping on charger wires etc) to keep the battery topped up means it gets done and I don't have to worry about a flat car battery when I really need to get somewhere. Also if the wife uses the car its easy for her to connect it up again once parked at home. Car has been driven in rain and a washed and not seeing any water getting in the plug so far. Very happy!
