Took a little time to adjust to this new pillow but I am sleeping longer cool gel is nice but it’s more comfortable and soft after it warms up a bit.

I loved the idea of this pillow. Especially how the gel wrapped around the edges. When I first got this pillow, I felt it was a little thin. Being small boned and only 5'2 I figured it was not a problem. After a few months of use, the foam has lost support and it has gotten thinner. It has now gotten so thin that I wake up with a stiff neck.With the pillow the way it is, I would not suggest purchasing it. If a thicker, denser foam was used, it would be great.

I’m fine with the comfort of the pillow but the cooling feature is meh. When you put your head down, you have about 2 minutes of coolness. Then it’s just like any other pillow. The cooling surface looks way better in pictures. I thought I was going to get a very thick gel area but it’s super thin. I’ll be moving on when the comfort goes.

Had this a little over a month and the gel on the sides is already deteriorating almost. Does NOT keep you cool. Cool to the touch at first without the included cover, just the pillowcase. Warms quickly. The memory foam isn't great either. Barely any support. Waste of money honestly.

Would definitely buy again

If you sleep on your side and have wide shoulders, this pillow is NOT for you. It is too thin and too soft. It leaves my head tilted down and causes me neck pain if I sleep on my side. But if you like that - it is great otherwise.
