Work Boots for Men Soft Toe Waterproof Leather Workboots

These work boots are incredibly comfortable. Great quality at a fair and affordable price. I wear these boots very frequently and heavily for construction use, not just for walking around a job site but for physical labor work and have put it through a lot of abuse and exposed to the elements. It has been over 3.5 years and still going. Though it is very worn down, the leather has held up strong and has not yet torn or split so I am impressed. These boots have lasted far longer than other more expensive and reputable construction brand boots and doesn't give blisters. I have already bought a second pair for this.

Boyfriend loves everything about them . Says they fit perfect don't have that stuff seam most boots have a crossed the bend of your toe area nice and cushioned.

I got these boots because of the color, design and supposed traction/grip. I have to say that they did not disappoint! I do roofing sales and go on sketchy shiny fiberglass galore pitched roofs and needed boots that would keep me alive and not slip haha they work amazing! 10/10 recommend and would buy again. Weight is okay not light but not crazy heavy either. I wear size 10 boots in everything else and these fit just as they should. I didn’t need wide either which I normally opt in for.

Great work boot. Comfortable and fits to size. I like the tan hue it has. Is a bit on the heavy side probably due to its durability design. Will buy again being it seems to be a great value.

I had been trying for a year to find my husband boots that wouldnt hurt something of his. He has a bad toe, bad knee and bad back. Constantly complaining about one of these wearing any of his other boots. I ordered these. He has worn them going on 2 weeks and not the first complaint. He says they are super comfortable and feel good on his feet. Im so glad i could buy them for him. Thank you, Safety Long. Awesome pair of boots. I will be reordering.

Legit why? 5th pair now of the same style/type… same, that I believe morning shift makes one brand and pm shift makes the same with a different sticker:) Good stuff I’ve been happy with! Sliced open 1 pair I’m throwing away anyways to see what’s going on inside!:) Nicely surprised! So, the outsoles, TPU I believe?, forget about being able to wear them down - like 1/8in in a year, maybe? The leather is tucked in, stitched kinda horizontally to the welt. Awesome! The welt is thick hard rubber like liner around the boots; unless you sliced them you won’t see the stitching! The welt has another stitching all around - clearly visible - but here’s a kick - it is not cosmetic as Goodyear welt connoisseurs want you to believe! It is actually stitched to the midsole(?) which is 2-3mm thick rubber liner on perimeter but otherwise good 1/4in thick slab of rubber layer for comfort&stability. That midsole(?) is then lathered up with cement and glued to the outsole. Yes, it is not stitched to the outsole; Goodyear folks have a point! Previous experience + slicing them open - this outsole glue ain’t going anywhere!:) Now, waterproof, no way! Water gets over the welt liner - dark brown in my case - and you’re done sooner or later! Waxing the area in between the welt&leather uppers might help tho! Wax them, greasy stuff, and where leather is tucked in; on outsoles please see my post on Trident pure silicone grease! Have fun&hard work! For about a year, then get new ones:) First week update: Negatives - one speed hook on each a bit loose; fixed it (temporarily?) w/super pointy pliers. Speed hooks no good, period! Get ready for DIY projects or a cobbler. - inside liner while good enough does not cover the toe area! I don’t care if it’s $60 or $360 boot, it shouldn’t have these problems! Positives - cushy enough I can’t tell if I’m wearing my timbs pros or loongs! - a work boot meant to take a beating at least for a while; kick, push, shove, put 100lbs on top of it, rub it against whatever… (almost) first month update: Sizing, as it seems to be “frequently returned” - my foot is 4in wide x 10.5in long; 3.74in wide&11.18in long in loongs:) couldn’t be more perfect! A tough cookie! Would almost daily stick my toe box under 100-150lbs abrasive&somewhat toxic things; no damage to the leather upper (obeanuf probably helps) Would again, if I may, emphasize they’re not waterproof; waterproofish yes as it’s new leather&stitching is still tight and residual glue is still there but you don’t want them in hard rain&puddles - it takes 3 days to dry them&structural damage is done! Needle nose pliers did a great job tightening the speed hooks; wouldn’t put too much greasy wax around them as it may loosen them.

These are amazing construction boots for the price. I just received them and the size (10.5) was perfect for me. I believe the toe box is very roomy. The sole is sewed on and looks like it will stay put for years. They are substantial in heft, but not too heavy. They are good looking and well made. I recommend.

My initial impression was that these are high quality boots. What I do question is if these are the specific shoes I got. In the image at Amazon, the one I wanted didn't have those hooks where you wrap the shoe laces around. In the actual ones I got, they did have them. The images online were misleading on that. Other than that they look fantastic.

Talk about sturdy, my husband loves them (and I love them, because when they're clean they actually look pretty classy!). He doesn't wear them every day, maybe only a couple times a week, but when he does it's usually for at least 7 hours straight, and so far no complaints about fit. Through rain and snow they've held up really well, just let them drip dry and then wipe with a cloth or soft brush to clean any dirt off. It's Mar 2024 now and they're still as black as when he got them in early Nov 2023. At first they did have a slight rubbery smell, not strong but noticeable, which faded over a week or so. After looking at other reviews, maybe the reason they've kept their finish so well is that he didn't get them wet for a few weeks after purchase... I think that the fresher they are off the assembly line, the longer the weatherproofing/oil treatment takes to settle into the leather. Anyway, super happy with work boots at such an amazing price!

I'm really impressed with the quality of these boots. They are really well made. The insole is really comfortable and the fit is perfect. If I need to nit pick it's definately the branding. Safety Loong!? They aren't even steel toe. With a better name and logo I truly believe sales would increase.

Good light duty boot with a sturdy sole and good grip. Noticed a squeak in the right boot. Anyone else?
