Bands
My son (13) was having growing pains and would feel knee pain when playing sports. Bought these and he started wearing them at basketball practice and baseball. He says they really worked and the pain had either went away fully or had improved.

8/10
I have never liked how bulky most patellar straps are, so I was curious to try something more lightweight. These ones feel very constricting around the knee initially, but they loosen up after a couple of wears. Stays in place during my athletics (volleyball, basketball), very minimal knee pain after playing. Don’t let the initial tightness scare you off, it’s worth it. 8/10

Effective
My 12 year old is an athlete and is experiencing “growing pains” in the knees. These work well for him. He has a set for school and a set for his athletic bag. He does not complain of pain as much when using and I appreciate that.

Rings are too tight, looks to be one size fits all but not quite
I have occasional knee pain, tried the rings on a day when I didn't have pain and they felt too tight, squeezing at my muscles and bone - it didn't hurt (yet) but felt uncomfortable to keep on, when I'm not even doing any workouts.Maybe they might feel different if I'm in pain, otherwise, these feel too tight to me. I'd like something that feels snug and comfortable all the time whether I'm in pain or not.And for what I ordered, these appear to be one-size-fits-all, so doesn't seem to be quite true to me. Maybe having more sizes would be nice (bigger/smaller or tighter/looser fit) or have the rings be adjustable. They do however allow for more motion than knee sleeves, big braces, or straps. But these are less adjustable and too tight fit compared to those. I'd rather trade less motion for better fit. There was one photo on product listing that showed applying the elastic bandage on knee before putting the ring on. I guess for someone like me or someone in real pain, you would optionally put on the cool pain patches, then the elastic bandage, then finally the rings. That way it would alleviate some additional discomfort and make you feel better. The bandage could be a buffer against the skin from the overtightness of the rings.Overall good concept but the design could be improved.

Disappointing and Uncomfortable Experience
My experience with the LONNIELONLI Patella Tendon Support Strap left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. Unfortunately, this support strap did not meet my expectations, and I have several concerns about its design and functionality.First and foremost, the strap's material and overall appearance were not up to par. The strap felt cheap and reminded me of those plastic bracelets you receive in birthday party goodie bags. This gave me an initial impression of low quality and lack of durability. Moreover, the strap's tightness was a significant issue. It felt uncomfortably constricting, and I was genuinely concerned about potential circulation issues, especially when using it for my son. It felt like putting on a very small rubber band around the area of pain, which was not a pleasant experience. In terms of functionality, the support strap fell short. It did not provide the level of support and relief that I was hoping for. The design seemed inadequate for addressing the specific needs of patella tendon support. I was left feeling that the strap did not effectively target the problem area and failed to provide the necessary stabilization and comfort.Overall, I cannot recommend the LONNIELONLI Patella Tendon Support Strap. Its low-quality material, uncomfortable tightness, and lack of effectiveness make it an unsatisfactory choice for anyone seeking reliable support for patella tendon issues. I would advise exploring alternative options that prioritize both comfort and functionality.
