Equipment is fantastic, service pricing is not.
This item is great. The service is o er priced but the product functions as designed. As with any satellite "dish" you have e to have it free of trees and it tends to bog down when clouds are out, but as soon as you set it down and plug it in it starts to move a round the find the best angle and does it's job. It's also easy to set up, and you can take it to the cabin or on a boat or rv and have internet wherever.

Works great
The setup is pretty easy if you know much about electricity and computers. Otherwise find a friend or hire soomeone who does. The directions were not exactly crystaline. But we had no problem setting it up for my son out in the boonies. We got it up and running, then hooked in two TVs (one watching a ball game, the other a streaming movie), three different laptops (two for school work), and a radio feed. It never even burped. It's very fast downloading and very steady. The uploading for homework was easily 5 times as fast as the local cable (fiber optic to the house, CAT-6 inside).Highly recommended. I think if I had a need for speed I'd buy one even in my upscale suburb with very good cable.

Horrible.
I have HORRIBLE CenturyLink with no other options. A friend said he had this, 300mps download and 28mbps upload, so I purchased it. Easy installation, 25mbps download and 5 upload. I have 2 acres, ZERO obstructions, hate to say it, CenturyLink was still better. VERY VERY dissappointed.

Great for areas with no decent internet options
Living in a rural area that does not have decent internet options this is the fastest internet I have tried. Have had wild blue, via sat, Hughes net and recently had att fixed wireless and this one I can run my small business computers, 3 tvs and kids electronics and no issues. Set up is easy as long as you have a clear spot without trees to put it, the dish points itself assisted with internal motors. The price is a little steep but when your options is limited and and you have a demand for it, it’s worth every penny! Was paying $70 for att and couldn’t connect 2 devices at same time with out buffering to paying $120 and able to run it all and no issues.

Comprehensive, easy and affordable
Seller delivered product perfectly and timely. I live in a rural coastal pacific city with gale force winds. When the local cable networks go down I can depend on Starlink to stay up and running. Came referred to me by many first responders in the area who already use Starlink and rely upon internet. So far so good. And super easy to install. Just make sure you have the correct brackets for installation on your roof (Home Depot carries hole sizes needed). As well as preordering an Ethernet adapter PRIOR to installation or you’ll find yourself climbing back up that ladder.Service on demand is a bonus if you’re using it for two weeks, two months at a time or full time.Speed is another matter altogether- go crazy surfing!!!Highly recommend.

This is the future.
I've been keeping up with the Starlink system. This buy was well worth it. The unit came with the package intact. The installation is easy, just read the instructions and you will not be disappointed. I will suggest to buy the roof installation kit, and the extra cable. You want, solid built equipment, buy it. You want ease of set-up buy it. You want reliable signal strength, buy it.This is the future of Internet connection.
